Le présent volume entend combler ce manque à partir de recherches ethnographiques ? entretiens, enquêtes de terrain, consultation d?archives ? conduites par une équipe pluridisciplinaire dans dix pays du continent, en Afrique francophone et anglophone : Tunisie, Sénégal, Burkina Faso, Côte d?Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Éthiopie, Burundi, Cameroun et Afrique du Sud. Cet ouvrage permet de rompre avec les images archétypales et lacunaires souvent véhiculées sur les prisons du continent, et propose une lecture nuancée de l?expérience carcérale articulée aux représentations de la justice. Il étudie le phénomène carcéral en Afrique dans une perspective historique autant qu?il s?intéresse aux enjeux contemporains de la réforme carcérale. Enfin, il invite à saisir l?empreinte de la prison au-delà de ses murs. Il intéressera les chercheurs, les étudiants ainsi que la pluralité des acteurs impliqués dans le travail carcéral et dans les débats sur les réformes pénitentiaires et le sens de la prison. Since Florence Bernault?s book on the history of African prisons, the French-speaking social sciences have remained singularly silent on the issues of prison in Africa. Breaking with the archetypal and incomplete images often conveyed about the continent?s prisons, this book offers a nuanced reading of the prison experience formulated in terms of representations of justice. By presenting the prison phenomenon in a historical context, it opens the issue of? 606 $aCriminology & Penology 606 $aprison 606 $ajustice 606 $aAfrique 606 $aréforme 606 $aenfermement 606 $aAfrica 606 $areform 606 $aimprisonment 610 $aprison 610 $ajustice 610 $aAfrica 610 $areform 610 $aimprisonment 615 4$aCriminology & Penology 615 4$aprison 615 4$ajustice 615 4$aAfrique 615 4$aréforme 615 4$aenfermement 615 4$aAfrica 615 4$areform 615 4$aimprisonment 700 $aAngliviel$b Maud$01293375 701 $aBolze$b Bernard$01293376 701 $aBouagga$b Yasmine$01293377 701 $aChampy$b Muriel$01293378 701 $aDeslaurier$b Christine$01293379 701 $aEpron$b Sirius José$01293380 701 $aGear$b Sasha$01293381 701 $aHornberger$b Julia$01293382 701 $aLe Marcis$b Frédéric$01293383 701 $aMarcis$b Frédéric Le$01293384 701 $aMorelle$b Marie$0305910 701 $aPlanel$b Sabine$0927640 701 $aQuarshie$b Nana Osei$01293385 701 $aRawlings$b Kathleen$01293386 701 $aRisimati$b Mandla Musa Eldridge$01293387 701 $aTiquet$b Romain$01293388 701 $aLe Marcis$b Frédéric$01293383 701 $aMorelle$b Marie$0305910 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910558700603321 996 $aL?Afrique en prisons$93022559 997 $aUNINA LEADER 05848nam 2200805 450 001 9910818461303321 005 20200520144314.0 010 $a1-119-02058-1 010 $a1-119-02057-3 035 $a(CKB)3710000000329624 035 $a(EBL)1895934 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001432910 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11852860 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001432910 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11406275 035 $a(PQKB)11756273 035 $a(WaSeSS)IndRDA00115954 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL1895934 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr11005723 035 $a(CaONFJC)MIL688528 035 $a(OCoLC)899211965 035 $a(CaSebORM)9781119020585 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC1895934 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000329624 100 $a20150131h20152015 uy| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurunu||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aContracts and deals in Islamic finance $ea user's guide to cash flows, balance sheets, and capital structures /$fHussain Kureshi, Mohsin Hayat 205 $a1st edition 210 1$aSingapore :$cWiley,$d[2015] 210 4$d©2015 215 $a1 online resource (387 p.) 225 1 $aWiley finance series 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a1-119-16105-3 311 $a1-119-02056-5 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and index. 327 $aCover;
