After more than thirty years of development, we have now at our disposal the most advanced tools to make papyrological studies more and more effective, and even to create a new conception of "papyrology" and a new model of "edition" of the ancient documents. At this turining point, it is important to build an epistemological framework including all the different expressions of Digital Papyrology, to trace a historical sketch setting the background of the contemporary tools, and to provide a clear overview of the current theoretical and technological trends, so that all the possibilities currently available can be exploited following uniform pathways. The volume represents an innovative attempt to deal with such topics, usually relegated into very quick and general treatments within journal articles or papyrological handbooks. 606 $aDigital humanities 606 $aManuscripts, Classical (Papyri)$xData processing 606 $aManuscripts, Classical (Papyri)$xTechnological innovations 606 $aManuscripts, Classical (Papyri) 606 $aManuscripts, Greek (Papyri)$xData processing 606 $aManuscripts, Greek (Papyri)$xTechnological innovations 606 $aManuscripts, Greek (Papyri) 606 $aManuscripts, Latin (Papyri)$xData processing 606 $aManuscripts, Latin (Papyri)$xTechnological innovations 606 $aManuscripts, Latin (Papyri) 606 $aDigital papyrology 606 $aEdition /digital 606 $aPapyrologie /digitale Edition 606 $adigital classics 606 $adigital edition of ancient documents 606 $adigital humanities 606 $3(DE-601)105381527$3(DE-588)4173236-4$aPapyrologie$2gnd 606 $3(DE-601)766353451$3(DE-588)1038714850$aDigital Humanities$2gnd 608 $aElectronic books. 610 $aDigital papyrology. 610 $adigital classics. 610 $adigital edition of ancient documents. 610 $adigital humanities. 615 0$aDigital humanities. 615 0$aManuscripts, Classical (Papyri)$xData processing. 615 0$aManuscripts, Classical (Papyri)$xTechnological innovations. 615 0$aManuscripts, Classical (Papyri). 615 0$aManuscripts, Greek (Papyri)$xData processing. 615 0$aManuscripts, Greek (Papyri)$xTechnological innovations. 615 0$aManuscripts, Greek (Papyri). 615 0$aManuscripts, Latin (Papyri)$xData processing. 615 0$aManuscripts, Latin (Papyri)$xTechnological innovations. 615 0$aManuscripts, Latin (Papyri). 615 4$aDigital papyrology. 615 4$aEdition /digital. 615 4$aPapyrologie /digitale Edition. 615 4$adigital classics. 615 4$adigital edition of ancient documents. 615 4$adigital humanities. 615 7$aPapyrologie 615 7$aDigital Humanities 676 $a870.9 700 $aReggiani$b Nicola , $0786134 801 0$bDE-B1597 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910258748503321 996 $aDigital Papyrology I$91750338 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01792nam a2200313 i 4500 001 991002736969707536 008 150420m18971903de 000 lat d 035 $ab1422429x-39ule_inst 040 $aDip.to Filologia Class. e Scienze Filosofiche$bita 041 0 $alat$agrc 100 0 $aIoannes :$cPhiloponus$0160407 245 10$aCommentaria in Aristotelem Graeca.$n13.3$pIoannis Philoponi in Aristotelis Meteorologicorum librum primum commentarium /$cedidit Michael Hayduck ; 'You are what you eat' the saying goes, but is the tenet truer than ever? As the range of food options proliferates in the West, our food choices become inextricably linked with our lives and lifestyles. Probyn also tackles issues that trouble society, asking questions about the nature of appetite, desire, greed a 606 $aEating (Philosophy) 606 $aIdentity (Philosophical concept) 615 0$aEating (Philosophy) 615 0$aIdentity (Philosophical concept) 676 $a641/.01/3 676 $a641.013 700 $aProbyn$b Elspeth$f1958,$0942536 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996199890803316 996 $aCarnal appetites$92126988 997 $aUNISA
