The study provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the relevant international practice from the standpoint of both international criminal law, and in particular the case law of international criminal tribunals, and state responsibility. The author shows the various connections and issues arising from the parallel establishment of state and individual responsibility for the commission of the same international crimes. These connections indicate a growing need to better co-ordinate these regimes of international responsibility. The author maintains that a general conception, according to which state and individual responsibility are two separate sets of secondary rules attached to the breach of the same primary norms, can help to solve the various issues relating to this dual responsibility. This conception of the complementarity between state and individual responsibility justifies co-ordination and consistent application of these two different regimes, each of which aims to foster compliance with the most important obligations owed to the international community as a whole. 606 $aCriminal liability (International law) 606 $aInternational crimes 606 $aGovernment liability 606 $aAdministrative responsibility 606 $aSuperior orders (Criminal law) 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aCriminal liability (International law) 615 0$aInternational crimes. 615 0$aGovernment liability. 615 0$aAdministrative responsibility. 615 0$aSuperior orders (Criminal law) 676 $a345/.04 700 $aBonafe?$b Beatrice I$0609065 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910455086203321 996 $aRelationship between state and individual responsibility for international crimes$91112387 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01469nam0 22003371i 450 001 UON00476117 005 20231205105228.798 100 $a20170502f1981 |0itac50 ba 101 $aita 102 $aIT 105 $a|||| 1|||| 200 1 $aˆUna ‰grande disillusione$e[romanzo]$fWillem Elsschot$gtraduzione di Nelleke Morina$gprefazione di Eugène van Itterbeek$guna nota critica di Bert Decorte$gcopertina di Henri Hanlet 210 $aLuxembourg$cEuroeditor$dc1981 215 $a63 p.$d20 cm 316 $aDono Libreria Bonardi$5IT-UONSI OlandFondo Bonardi/059 410 1$1001UON00476121$12001 $aContemporary Prose$1210 $aLuxembourg$cEuroeditor$d1981-$v1 500 1$3UON00476118$aˆEen ‰ontgoocheling$91472249 620 $dLuxembourg$3UONL002499 676 $a839.3135$cNarrativa olandese. 1800-1899$v21 700 1$aELSSCHOT$bWillem$3UONV124482$0547210 702 1$aDECORTE$bBert$3UONV234819 702 1$aHANLET$bHenri$3UONV234820 702 1$aITTERBEEK$bEugène : van$3UONV124491 702 1$aMORINA$bNelleke$3UONV234818 712 $aEuroeditor$3UONV282568$4650 801 $aIT$bSOL$c20240220$gRICA 899 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$2UONSI 912 $aUON00476117 950 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$dSI Oland Fondo Bonardi 059 $eSI 22068 7 059 Dono Libreria Bonardi 996 $aOntgoocheling$91472249 997 $aUNIOR
