Révolution graphique et rupture anthropologique » (A. Garapon et J. Lassègue, PUF, 2018). Il s?agissait, en présence des auteurs et sous la présidence du Professeur Fabrice Gréau, de réunir des privatistes et publicistes sensibles au droit du numérique, mais également des informaticiens, afin d?échanger sur certaines des thèses développées par les auteurs : l?effet potentiellement destructeur du numérique ? particulièrement des intelligences artificielles ? sur le système politico-juridique (l?état se trouve menacé dans sa souveraineté, la loi générale réduite à des aménagements individuels, le procès dénaturé au point de ne plus accomplir sa fonction pacificatrice etc.), le développement incontrôlé des legaltechs, les dangers et limites de la justice prédictive etc., avec en toile de fond l?idée que la notion même d?écriture numérique porte en elle les causes profondes de ces périls. Dans le présent volume, on trouvera certaines des analyses et critiques de Justice digitale qui ont pu éclore à la faveur de cette journée d?étude, ainsi qu?un profond regard rétrospectif des auteurs sur leur propre travail. 606 $aLaw (General) 606 $anumérique 606 $ainformatique 606 $aalgorithme 606 $aassurance 606 $aécriture 606 $ajustice prédictive 606 $aintelligence artificielle 606 $aprocès 610 $anumérique 610 $ainformatique 610 $aalgorithme 610 $aassurance 610 $aécriture 610 $ajustice prédictive 610 $aintelligence artificielle 610 $aprocès 615 4$aLaw (General) 615 4$anumérique 615 4$ainformatique 615 4$aalgorithme 615 4$aassurance 615 4$aécriture 615 4$ajustice prédictive 615 4$aintelligence artificielle 615 4$aprocès 700 $aBenisty$b Samuel$01298909 701 $aCervelle$b Julien$01298910 701 $aDarmois$b Basile$01298911 701 $aGarapon$b Antoine$0254429 701 $aGréau$b Fabrice$01298912 701 $aLassegue$b Jean$0781491 701 $aLa Rosa$b Stéphane de$01298913 701 $aBenisty$b Samuel$01298909 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910516005803321 996 $aVaria autour de Justice digitale$93024966 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01419nam2 22003131i 450 001 UON00402010 005 20231205104700.963 010 $a978-60-8203-050-0 100 $a20111206d2009 |0itac50 ba 101 $amac 102 $aMK 105 $a|||| 1|||| 200 1 $aMakedonskoslovenski zbornik$fPetar Draganov$gPodtovka, redakcija i komentar Blaze Ristovski$gSorabotnik Biljana Ristovska-Josifovska 210 $aSkopje$cMakedonska Akademija na Naukite i Umetnostite$d2009 215 $a454 p.$d23 p. 461 1$1001UON00402978$12001 $aMakedonskoslovenski zbornik$fPetar Draganov$1210 $aSkopje$cMakedonska Akademija na Naukite i Umetnostite$d2009-$1215 $av.$d23 p.$v1 606 $aLETTERATURA MACEDONE$3UONC046963$2FI 620 $aMK$dSkopje$3UONL001199 676 $a891.819$cLetteratura macedone$v21 700 1$aDRAGANOV$bPetar$3UONV206272$0634858 702 1$aRISTOVSKA-JOSIFOVSKA$bBiljana$3UONV173448 702 1$aRISTOVSKI$bBla?e$3UONV131955 712 $aMakedonska Akademija na Naukite i Umetnostite$3UONV269406$4650 801 $aIT$bSOL$c20240220$gRICA 899 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$2UONSI 912 $aUON00402010 950 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$dSI MACEDONE C 0080 $eSI EO 48329 5 0080 996 $aMakedonskoslovenski zbornik$91184133 997 $aUNIOR LEADER 03565nam 22006855 450 001 9910416093603321 005 20250609111818.0 010 $a9783030452209 010 $a3030452204 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-030-45220-9 035 $a(CKB)4100000011343644 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6273219 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-030-45220-9 035 $a(Perlego)3481013 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6265004 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000011343644 100 $a20200715d2020 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aWomen and Parliament in Later Medieval England /$fby W. Conclusion: Women Speaking Out in Medieval Parliament. 330 $aThis Palgrave Pivot provides the first ever comprehensive consideration of the part played by women in the workings and business of the English Parliament in the later Middle Ages. Breaking new ground, this book considers all aspects of women's access to the highest court of medieval England. Women were active supplicants to the Crown in Parliament, and sometimes appeared there in person to prosecute cases or make political demands. It explores the positions of women of varying rank, from queens to peasants, vis-à-vis this male institution, where they very occasionally appeared in person but were more usually represented by written petitions. A full analysis of these petitions and of the official records of parliament reveals that there were a number of issues on which women consistently pressed for changes in the law and its administration, and where the Commons and the Crown either championed or refused to support reform. Such is the concentration of petitions on the subjects of dower and rape that these may justifiably be termed 'women's issues' in the medieval Parliament. 410 0$aThe New Middle Ages,$x2945-5944 606 $aEurope$xHistory$x476-1492 606 $aLaw$xHistory 606 $aFeminism 606 $aFeminist theory 606 $aWorld politics 606 $aHistory of Medieval Europe 606 $aLegal History 606 $aFeminism and Feminist Theory 606 $aPolitical History 615 0$aEurope$xHistory$x476-1492. 615 0$aLaw$xHistory. 615 0$aFeminism. 615 0$aFeminist theory. 615 0$aWorld politics. 615 14$aHistory of Medieval Europe. 615 24$aLegal History. 615 24$aFeminism and Feminist Theory. 615 24$aPolitical History. 676 $a328.4209 676 $a324.08209410902 700 $aOrmrod$b W.
