Together with its companion volume on relativistic theories, it provides a comprehensive picture of the kinetic theory formulated from the viewpoint of nonequilibrium ensembles in both nonrelativistic and, in Vol. 2, relativistic contexts. Theories of macroscopic irreversible processes must strictly conform to the thermodynamic laws at every step and in all approximations that enter their derivation from the mechanical principles. Upholding this as the inviolable tenet, the author develops theories of irreversible transport processes in fluids (gases or liquids) on the basis of irreversible kinetic equations satisfying the H theorem. They apply regardless of whether the processes are near to or far removed from equilibrium, or whether they are linear or nonlinear with respect to macroscopic fluxes or thermodynamic forces. Both irreversible Boltzmann and generalized Boltzmann equations are used for deriving theories of irreversible transport equations and generalized hydrodynamic equations, which rigorously conform to the tenet. All observables described by the so-formulated theories therefore also strictly obey the tenet. 606 $aThermodynamics 606 $aStatistical physics 606 $aDynamics 606 $aPhysics 606 $aThermodynamics$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P21050 606 $aComplex Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P33000 606 $aMathematical Methods in Physics$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P19013 606 $aStatistical Physics and Dynamical Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P19090 615 0$aThermodynamics. 615 0$aStatistical physics. 615 0$aDynamics. 615 0$aPhysics. 615 14$aThermodynamics. 615 24$aComplex Systems. 615 24$aMathematical Methods in Physics. 615 24$aStatistical Physics and Dynamical Systems. 676 $a536.7 700 $aEu$b Byung Chan$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$0786809 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910254623103321 996 $aKinetic Theory of Nonequilibrium Ensembles, Irreversible Thermodynamics, and Generalized Hydrodynamics$91807461 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01082nam0 22002531i 450 001 UON00398789 005 20231205104647.125 100 $a20111020d1978 |0itac50 ba 101 $aita 102 $aIT 105 $a|||| ||||| 200 1 $aˆIl ‰ reddito prodotto nelle province italiane nel 1976$eserie storica 1970-1975$eIndici di alcuni consumi e del risparmio assicurativo$fGuglielmo Tagliacarne 210 $aMilano$cFranco Angeli$d1978 215 $a135 p.$d22 cm. 606 $aItalia$xReddito$xStudi$3UONC079644$2FI 620 $aIT$dMilano$3UONL000005 700 1$aTAGLIACARNE$bGuglielmo$3UONV109004$03890 712 $aAngeli$3UONV277541$4650 801 $aIT$bSOL$c20260116$gRICA 899 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO E ARCHIVIO STORICO$2UONSI 912 $aUON00398789 950 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO E ARCHIVIO STORICO$dSI VII GEO E A 0010 $eSI SC 6834 5 0010 996 $aReddito prodotto nelle province italiane nel 1976$9304650 997 $aUNIOR
