Similar cases have also arisen in international arbitration proceedings between States. Interpretation, revision, and other forms of ?reference? to the International Court from some other international body, court or arbitral tribunal have produced a complex pattern of black letter texts supplemented by an even more complex set of judge made rules and practices. The close tie between the final decision and the highly political context of the obligation to comply with it produces a continuing tension between the finality of the decision and any one of the possible references in recourse from it. If any tendency can be discerned from the relevant materials it is in the strong preference for maintaining the integrity and the authority of the res judicata , provided that no obvious miscarriage of justice is engendered. Interpretation is preferable to revision. This book is the first in the series International Litigation in Practice . The series will consist of short, concise, practical booklets to be of use for practitioners pleading before international courts and tribunals, and everyone else involved and / or interested in the activities of these courts. 410 0$aInternational litigation in practice ;$vv. 1. 606 $aArbitration (International law) 615 0$aArbitration (International law) 676 $a341.5/22 700 $aRosenne$b Shabtai$0229047 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910782585303321 996 $aInterpretation, revision, and other recourse from international judgments and awards$91118908 997 $aUNINA LEADER 00946nam0 22002651i 450 001 UON00233532 005 20231205103513.685 100 $a20030730d1976 |0itac50 ba 101 $ahbs 102 $aYU 105 $a|||| ||||| 200 1 $aEseji i kritike$fIvo Andric$gIzbor, predgovor i pogovor Ljubo Jandric 210 $aSarajevo$cSvjetlost$d1976 215 $a354 p.$d19 cm. 620 $aBA$dSarajevo$3UONL000010 676 $a891.82$cLetteratura serbo-croata$v21 700 1$aANDRI?$bIvo$3UONV005361$0440622 702 1$aJANDRIC$bLjubo$3UONV141514 712 $aSvjetlost$3UONV251347$4650 801 $aIT$bSOL$c20250620$gRICA 899 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$2UONSI 912 $aUON00233532 950 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$dSI CROATO A 0275 $eSI EO 3020 5 0275 996 $aEseji i kritike$91232924 997 $aUNIOR LEADER 01242nam0 22002891i 450 001 UON00024153 005 20231205102032.848 100 $a20020107d1947 |0itac50 ba 101 $aeng 102 $aIN 105 $a|||| 1|||| 200 1 $aˆA ‰History of Sanskrit Literature$eClassical Period$fS.
