This work analyzes the legal deals that linked the various stakeholders in this show: the bullfighters (matadors, picadores, banderilleros), the ranchers, the Sevillian teachers (owners of the bullring), the businessmen who organized festivities and a wide catalog of artisans who lend their expertise to that end. In particular, the nature of the provision of services between bullfighters and businessmen is studied, in its various forms (individual or seasonal performances, the contract of a wrestler or a whole gang ...), as well as the attribution of the consequences harmful of the mishaps that occurred during the fight. A documentary appendix contains the references of the localized notarial deeds, with a complete transcription of several, particularly significant ones. 606 $aBullfights$xLaw and legislation$zSpain$zSeville$xHistory 606 $aBullfights$xHistory$xLaw and legislation$zSpain$zSeville 606 $aLaw - Non-U.S$2HILCC 606 $aLaw, Politics & Government$2HILCC 606 $aLaw - Europe, except U.K$2HILCC 610 $aContratos (Derecho civil) 610 $aSevilla 610 $aContracts (Civil law) 610 $aBullfights 610 $aNotarial protocols 610 $aHistory 610 $aCorridas de toros 610 $aProtocolos notariales 610 $aLidia 615 0$aBullfights$xLaw and legislation$xHistory. 615 0$aBullfights$xHistory$xLaw and legislation 615 7$aLaw - Non-U.S. 615 7$aLaw, Politics & Government 615 7$aLaw - Europe, except U.K. 700 $aPetit$b Carlos$0241639 801 0$bDLC 801 1$bDLC 801 2$bDLC 801 2$bUkMaJRU 912 $a9910140423003321 996 $aFiesta y contrato$91803939 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01500nam0 22003371i 450 001 UON00205902 005 20231205103313.666 010 $a07-914271-6-1 100 $a20030730d1996 |0itac50 ba 101 $aeng 102 $aUS 105 $a|||| ||||| 200 1 $aHoly men and holy women$eOld English prose saints' lives and their contexts$fedited by Paul E.
