Over the last decades it has turned out as a useful concept that can be generalized and applied in an abstracted form to very different system setups, including ordinary and partial differential equation models. In this monograph, the basic notions of stability, dissipativity and systems theory are connected in order to establish a common basis for designing system monitoring and control schemes. The approach is illustrated with a set of application examples covering finite and infinite-dimensional models, including a ship steering model, the inverted pendulum, chemical and biological reactors, relaxation oscillators, unstable heat equations and first-order hyperbolic integro-differential equations. 606 $aAutomatic control$xDesign and construction 615 0$aAutomatic control$xDesign and construction. 676 $a629.8 700 $aSchaum$b Alexander$01217374 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910554255703321 996 $aDissipativity in Control Engineering$92815450 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01095nam0 22002651i 450 001 UON00069836 005 20231205102346.443 100 $a20020107d1991 |0itac50 ba 101 $aeng 102 $aUS 105 $a|||| ||||| 200 1 $aDepletion as both a syntactic and semantic phenomenon$eThe case of Swahili$fZacharia Salimu Marko Mochiwa 210 $ax,242 p.$a21 cm 215 $aTesi di laurea: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, 1988 606 $aLINGUA SWAHILI$xTesi di laurea$3UONC019823$2FI 620 $aUS$dAnn Arbor (Michigan)$3UONL000025 676 $a496.392$cLingua swahili$v21 700 1$aMOCHIWA$bZacharia Salimu Marko$3UONV043878$0657809 712 $aUMI$3UONV245796$4650 801 $aIT$bSOL$c20250620$gRICA 899 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$2UONSI 912 $aUON00069836 950 $aSIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEO$dSI LING KK-S c 029 $eSI AA 13853 5 029 996 $aDepletion as both a syntactic and semantic phenomenon$91160888 997 $aUNIOR
