During my years as a faculty member and as a department chair, the lack of textbooks intended for pharmacy technicians became more and more noticeable, especially after visiting with pharmacy technician faculty and our colleagues at Pharmacy Technician Educator's Council (PTEC) meetings. The standard practice has been to incorporate law and ethics material into other classes, using parts of these university-level textbooks and articles and adding extra lecture time and materials. Very few programs have a stand-alone law and ethics course or even a segment of such a course, which can perhaps be explained by the fact that so few texts have been aimed at this need. Instructors have been forced to make do with materials and resources meant for an entirely different group of students--$cProvided by publisher. 410 0$aCRC Press pharmacy education series ;$v26. 606 $aPharmacy technicians$xProfessional ethics$zUnited States 606 $aPharmacists$xLegal status, laws, etc$zUnited States 606 $aPharmacy$xLaw and legislation$zUnited States 615 0$aPharmacy technicians$xProfessional ethics 615 0$aPharmacists$xLegal status, laws, etc. 615 0$aPharmacy$xLaw and legislation 676 $a344.7304/16 686 $aLAW093000$aMED071000$aMED072000$2bisacsh 700 $aStrandberg$b Kenneth M.$01588321 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910800184803321 996 $aEssentials of law and ethics for pharmacy technicians$93877752 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01716nam 22004693 450 001 9911028739603321 005 20251110221236.0 010 $a3-031-99185-0 010 $a9783031991851 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC32320730 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL32320730 035 $a(CKB)41018928800041 035 $a(OCoLC)1541953822 035 $a(EXLCZ)9941018928800041 100 $a20250930d2025 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 14$aThe Social Genres of Comics $eImpact and Innovation of Comics in Social Sciences /$fVeronica Moretti, Francesco Della Puppa, editors 205 $a1st ed. 210 1$aCham, Switzerland :$cPalgrave Macmillan,$d[2025] 215 $a1 online resource (272 pages) 225 1 $aSociology of the Arts Series 311 08$a3-031-99184-2 330 $aThis book analyzes social research and genres of comics from cross-cultural perspectives.It disentangles the impact of comics in understanding social, cultural and political issues and considers the challenges they may raise from an ethical point of view. 410 0$aSociology of the Arts Series 606 $aComic books, strips, etc$xSocial aspects 606 $aGraphic novels$xSocial aspects 615 00$aComic books, strips, etc.$xSocial aspects 615 00$aGraphic novels$xSocial aspects. 676 $a741.59 700 $aMoretti$b Veronica$0787220 701 $aDella Puppa$b Francesco$01849445 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9911028739603321 996 $aThe Social Genres of Comics$94438830 997 $aUNINA
