McDONALD CHIPENZI has served as a Commissioner at the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) , Executive Director of the Governance, Elections, Advocacy, Research Services (GEARS) Initiative, and Vice and Chairperson of the Council of Non-Governmental Organisations (CNGOs) in Zambia, Research and Information Officer and later as Executive Director- Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP). DR HANGWEI LI is a senior researcher at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability, having also held appointments in China and at Harvard.
