Neglected in Western theology, and viewed with suspicion by some other schools of Orthodox theology, its three greatest thinkers have laid the foundations for a new ecumenism and a recovery of the cosmic dimension of Christianity. This ground-breaking study includes biographical sketches of Aleksandr Bukharev (Archimandrite Feodor), Vladimir Soloviev and Sergii Bulgakov, together with the necessary historical background. The main result in the paper is that emigration has a strong and positive effect on Mexican wages. There is also evidence for increasing wage inequality in Mexico due to emigration. Simple welfare calculations based on a labor demand-supply framework suggest that the aggregate welfare loss to Mexico due to emigration is small. However, there is a significant distributional impact between labor and other factors. 410 0$aIMF Working Papers; Working Paper ;$vNo. 2006/086 606 $aWage differentials$zMexico$xEconometric models 606 $aWages$zMexico$xEconometric models 606 $aAgriculture: Aggregate Supply and Demand Analysis$2imf 606 $aEconomic theory & philosophy$2imf 606 $aEconomic Theory$2imf 606 $aEconomic theory$2imf 606 $aEducation$2imf 606 $aEducation: General$2imf 606 $aEmigration and Immigration$2imf 606 $aEmigration and immigration$2imf 606 $aIncome economics$2imf 606 $aInternational Factor Movements and International Business: General$2imf 606 $aInternational Migration$2imf 606 $aLabor Force and Employment, Size, and Structure$2imf 606 $aLabor force$2imf 606 $aLabor market$2imf 606 $aLabor$2imf 606 $aLabour$2imf 606 $aMigration$2imf 606 $aMigration, immigration & emigration$2imf 606 $aPopulation and demographics$2imf 606 $aPrices$2imf 606 $aSupply and demand$2imf 606 $aSupply shocks$2imf 606 $aWage Differentials$2imf 606 $aWage Level and Structure$2imf 606 $aWages$2imf 606 $aWages, Compensation, and Labor Costs: General$2imf 607 $aMexico$xEmigration and immigration$xEconometric models 607 $aMexico$2imf 615 0$aWage differentials$xEconometric models. 615 0$aWages$xEconometric models. 615 7$aAgriculture: Aggregate Supply and Demand Analysis 615 7$aEconomic theory & philosophy 615 7$aEconomic Theory 615 7$aEconomic theory 615 7$aEducation 615 7$aEducation: General 615 7$aEmigration and Immigration 615 7$aEmigration and immigration 615 7$aIncome economics 615 7$aInternational Factor Movements and International Business: General 615 7$aInternational Migration 615 7$aLabor Force and Employment, Size, and Structure 615 7$aLabor force 615 7$aLabor market 615 7$aLabor 615 7$aLabour 615 7$aMigration 615 7$aMigration, immigration & emigration 615 7$aPopulation and demographics 615 7$aPrices 615 7$aSupply and demand 615 7$aSupply shocks 615 7$aWage Differentials 615 7$aWage Level and Structure 615 7$aWages 615 7$aWages, Compensation, and Labor Costs: General 700 $aMishra$b Prachi$01090676 712 02$aInternational Monetary Fund.$bWestern Hemisphere Dept. 801 0$bDcWaIMF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910964534803321 996 $aEmigration and Wages in Source Countries$94371100 997 $aUNINA
