Therefore, it is necessary to improve constantly existing and develop new algorithms that will ensure accurate and secure data transfer. This leads to the intensive development of coding theory and cryptography as scientific fields which solve these problems. To ensure efficient and secure data transmission at the same time, the concept of cryptcoding is developed such that the coding and encryption processes are merged into one process. Cryptcodes provide correction of a certain number of errors in the transmitted message and data confidentiality, using only one algorithm. The main research in this field is to define new algorithms for coding that detects and corrects errors, random codes, stream ciphers, block ciphers, pseudo-random generators, hash functions, etc. This monograph examines an application of quasigroups for designing error-correcting cryptcodes, called Random Codes Based on Quasigroups (RCBQ ). These codes are a combination of cryptographic algorithms and error-correcting codes and depend on several parameters. Some modifications (new coding/decoding algorithms) of RCBQ for improving their performances for transmission ordinary messages, images, and audio files trough a binary-symmetric channel, Gaussian channel, and burst channels are considered. Also, authors propose and analyze filter for visually enhance of the decoded images and improving the quality of decoded audio files. 410 0$aSpringerBriefs in Information Security and Cryptography,$x2731-9563 606 $aData protection 606 $aCoding theory 606 $aInformation theory 606 $aComputer networks 606 $aCryptography 606 $aData encryption (Computer science) 606 $aSet theory 606 $aAlgebra 606 $aData and Information Security 606 $aCoding and Information Theory 606 $aComputer Communication Networks 606 $aCryptology 606 $aSet Theory 606 $aOrder, Lattices, Ordered Algebraic Structures 615 0$aData protection. 615 0$aCoding theory. 615 0$aInformation theory. 615 0$aComputer networks. 615 0$aCryptography. 615 0$aData encryption (Computer science) 615 0$aSet theory. 615 0$aAlgebra. 615 14$aData and Information Security. 615 24$aCoding and Information Theory. 615 24$aComputer Communication Networks. 615 24$aCryptology. 615 24$aSet Theory. 615 24$aOrder, Lattices, Ordered Algebraic Structures. 606 $aEnvironmental protection$zFrance 606 $aPolice$zFrance 606 $aLaw enforcement$zFrance 606 $aEnvironmental monitoring$zFrance 606 $aEnvironmental agencies$zFrance 606 $aEnvironmental policy$zFrance 615 0$aEnvironmental protection 615 0$aPolice 615 0$aLaw enforcement 615 0$aEnvironmental monitoring 615 0$aEnvironmental agencies 615 0$aEnvironmental policy 700 $aMagnin$b Léo$01776795 701 $aRouméas$b Rémi$01821198 701 $aBasier$b Robin$01821199 801 0$bFR-PaCSA 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910866397303321 996 $aPolices environnementales sous contraintes$94384883 997 $aUNINA
