Covering four regions of the survey area (The Plains, Karkotis Valley, Upper Lagoudhera Valley and The Mountains) the volume focuses on explicit research questions appropriate to each region. Organised geographically, chronologically and thematically, each region is investigated from the Neolithic to the present day and, through 'Intensive Survey Zones' - selected to give a representative range of the physical and cultural terrain - many notable new discoveries are made. These include the pattern of Bronze Age Settlement in the Plains, Archaic rural sanctuaries and cemeteries, the scope of Late Roman copper-mining and isolated Medieval mountain settlements. The TAESP Landscape provides a fully integrated and data-rich analysis of the material from a wide range of contrasting archaeological perspectives. Taken together, these wide-ranging and interdisciplinary perspectives give a nuanced and sensitive approach to a strikingly multi-faceted landscape. 606 $aArchaeological surveying$zCyprus$zTroodos Mountains 606 $aLandscape archaeology$zCyprus$zTroodos Mountains 615 0$aArchaeological surveying 615 0$aLandscape archaeology 676 $a956.9301 700 $aGiven$b Michael$f1965-$01179311 801 0$bNjHacI 801 1$bNjHacl 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910595462503321 996 $aLandscape and interaction$93277584 997 $aUNINA LEADER 00822nam0 2200253 450 001 9910864498703321 005 20240625160320.0 010 $a9789004526044 100 $a20240625d2022----km y0itay50 ba 101 0 $aeng 102 $aGB 105 $ay 001yy 200 1 $aFor Nonconformism: Max Horkheimer and Friedrich Pollock$ethe other Frankfurt School$fby Nicola Emery$gtraslated by Karen Whittle 210 $aLeiden ; Boston$cBrill$d[2022] 215 $aVII, 252 p. 225 1 $aHistorical materialism book series$v264 700 1$aEmery,$bNicola$0183756 801 0$aIT$bUNINA$gREICAT$2UNIMARC 901 $aBK 912 $a9910864498703321 952 $a192.23 HORM/S 01$b2024/1241$fFLFBC 959 $aFLFBC 996 $aFor Nonconformism: Max Horkheimer and Friedrich Pollock$94168903 997 $aUNINA
