It also examines the procedural safeguards which set those fundamental rights apart from any deriving from other international bodies or organisations and point up the originality of the Community system. Citizenship of the Union entails freedom of movement under the current Treaties and also under the Treaty of Lisbon, in which the unified treatment of the rules, by contrast with the existing pillars of Community and European Union law, might be expected to confer new impetus on the realisation of the area of freedom, security and justice. If there is truly to be such an area, there must be unified, not merely coordinated action. Judicial cooperation must be tightened in favour of the Union and, more importantly, individuals, be they Community citizens or indeed nationals of third countries, given the increasing trend towards a kind of integration which focuses less on formal data such as nationality and more on factors such as residence, employment and social integration. The book pays particular attention to this last aspect and its political and legal implications. The \'communitarisation\' of immigration policy (the new Title IV of the EC Treaty mentioned above) and the perspectives opened up by the enlargement to 27 Member States (and more) and by the Treaty of Lisbon, provide the framework for the treatment given in the present work. 410 0$aImmigration and asylum law and policy in Europe ;$v14. 606 $aFreedom of movement$zEuropean Economic Community countries 606 $aLabor laws and legislation$zEuropean Economic Community countries 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aFreedom of movement 615 0$aLabor laws and legislation 676 $a342.24083 700 $aCondinanzi$b Massimo$0262694 701 $aLang$b Alessandra$0282312 701 $aNascimbene$b Bruno$0129417 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910454937103321 996 $aCitizenship of the Union and free movement of persons$92137198 997 $aUNINA LEADER 05264nam 22006374a 450 001 9910830257603321 005 20230828212600.0 010 $a1-280-27864-1 010 $a9786610278640 010 $a0-470-36257-X 010 $a0-471-75198-7 010 $a0-471-75197-9 035 $a(CKB)1000000000354990 035 $a(EBL)242777 035 $a(OCoLC)475962057 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000224909 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11188049 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000224909 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10211424 035 $a(PQKB)10181880 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC242777 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000354990 100 $a20050408d2006 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aPostharvest pathogens and disease management$b[electronic resource] /$fP. Moreover, with consumers increasingly demanding minimally processed vegetables and fruits--which can be invaded by human pathogens--there is an imperative need for suitable protective measures to provide pathogen-free commodities that are free from, or contain only acceptable levels of, chemical residues.Providing details of both conventional and modern molecular techniques applicable 606 $aFruit$xPostharvest diseases and injuries 606 $aVegetables$xPostharvest diseases and injuries 606 $aPhytopathogenic microorganisms 615 0$aFruit$xPostharvest diseases and injuries. 615 0$aVegetables$xPostharvest diseases and injuries. 615 0$aPhytopathogenic microorganisms. 676 $a632 676 $a634/.0468 700 $aNarayanasamy$b P.$f1937-$01618450 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910830257603321 996 $aPostharvest pathogens and disease management$94119710 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03518nam 22007575 450 001 9910483433603321 005 20251113204613.0 010 $a3-319-43946-4 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-319-43946-4 035 $a(CKB)3710000000837713 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-319-43946-4 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6287359 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC5586904 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL5586904 035 $a(OCoLC)956428256 035 $a(PPN)194804003 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000837713 100 $a20160805d2016 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurnn#008mamaa 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aBig Data Analytics and Knowledge Discovery $e18th International Conference, DaWaK 2016, Porto, Portugal, September 6-8, 2016, Proceedings /$fedited by Sanjay Madria, Takahiro Hara 205 $a1st ed. 2016. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer International Publishing :$cImprint: Springer,$d2016. 215 $a1 online resource (XIII, 391 p. 106 illus.) 225 1 $aInformation Systems and Applications, incl.
