Enzymes are very e?ective, as are precise biocatalysts, as they are enantioselective, with mild reaction conditions and green chemistry. Biocatalysis is currently widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, cosmetic industry, and textile industry. This includes enzyme production, biocatalytic process development, biotransformation, enzyme engineering, immobilization, the synthesis of fine chemicals and the recycling of biocatalysts. One of the most challenging problems in biocatalysis applications is process optimization. This Special Issue shows that an optimized biocatalysis process can provide an environmentally friendly, clean, highly e?cient, low cost, and renewable process for the synthesis and production of valuable products. With further development and improvements, more biocatalysis processes may be applied in the future. 606 $aResearch & information: general$2bicssc 610 $a2-phenylethyl acetate 610 $a3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid 610 $aacidolysis 610 $aagarase 610 $aagaropentaose 610 $aagarose 610 $aagarotriose 610 $aalginate-luffa matrix 610 $aaluminum (Al) 610 $aAnguilla marmorata 610 $aantioxidant 610 $aaromatic amines 610 $abiocatalysis 610 $abiotransformation 610 $abrain 610 $acalycosin 610 $acalycosin-7-O-?-D-glucoside 610 $aCandida antarctica lipase A 610 $acarbon nanotubes 610 $acatalase (CAT) 610 $acatechin 610 $acellulose 610 $achiral biocatalyst 610 $acontinuous flow synthesis 610 $acyclic voltammetry 610 $acycloaddition 610 $aCYP102A1 610 $adegalloylation 610 $adesign of experiments 610 $adocosahexaenoic acid ethyl ester 610 $aeel protein hydrolysates 610 $aeicosapentaenoic acid ethyl ester 610 $aelectrochemical impedance spectroscopy 610 $aenenzymatic hydrolysis 610 $aenzymatic hydrolysis 610 $aenzymatic interesterification 610 $aenzymatic kinetic study 610 $aenzymatic synthesis 610 $aenzyme inhibition 610 $aenzymes 610 $aepoxidation 610 $aethyl acetate 610 $aexpression 610 $aflavonol 610 $afunctional properties 610 $aglucose 610 $aglucosyltransferase 610 $aglutathione reductase (GR) 610 $aglycoside hydrolase 610 $ahepatoprotective activity 610 $aherbal eel extracts 610 $aimmobilized DERA 610 $aindole monooxygenase 610 $aindolizine 610 $akinetics 610 $akraft pulp 610 $aKramers' theory 610 $alipase 610 $aLipase 610 $aliver 610 $amass transfer rate 610 $aMichael addition 610 $amicroreactor 610 $amouse 610 $an/a 610 $aNAD(P)H-mimics 610 $anaringin dihydrochalcone 610 $aneoeriocitrin dihydrochalcone 610 $aoptimization 610 $apacked-bed reactor 610 $aPenicillium verruculosum 610 $apeptide 610 $aphosphatidylcholine 610 $aPleurotus ostreatus 610 $aprotein dynamics 610 $aprotein stabilization 610 $aredox mediators 610 $aregioselective hydroxylation 610 $aselenium (Se) 610 $ashear rate 610 $asolvent tolerance 610 $asolvent-free 610 $astatin side chain 610 $astyrene monooxygenase 610 $asucrose synthase 610 $asuperoxide dismutase (SOD) 610 $asurface-display system 610 $atannase 610 $atransesterification 610 $atrehalose 610 $atwo-component system 610 $aUDP-glucose recycle 610 $aUGT-SuSy cascade reaction 610 $aviscosity 610 $awhole-cell biocatalysis 610 $axylan 610 $axylose 610 $aYarrowia lipolytica 610 $a?-amino acid esters 615 7$aResearch & information: general 700 $aKuo$b Chia-Hung$4edt$01312696 702 $aShieh$b Chwen-Jen$4edt 702 $aKuo$b Chia-Hung$4oth 702 $aShieh$b Chwen-Jen$4oth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910557487503321 996 $aBiocatalytic Process Optimization$93030923 997 $aUNINA LEADER 07593nam 2202173z- 450 001 9910557572503321 005 20210501 035 $a(CKB)5400000000043924 035 $a(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/68977 035 $a(oapen)doab68977 035 $a(EXLCZ)995400000000043924 100 $a20202105d2020 |y 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurmn|---annan 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aClinical Medicine for Healthcare and Sustainability 210 $aBasel, Switzerland$cMDPI - Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute$d2020 215 $a1 online resource (434 p.) 311 08$a3-03936-862-1 311 08$a3-03936-863-X 330 $aWhen the domestic government, the private sector, and people in various professional fields talk about long-term care issues, they all focus on creating a warm and home-like care institution. However, we actively emphasize the importance of community-based long-term care. For "aging in place", the development of domestic non-institutional care is still in its infancy, and some long-term care needs must still be met through institutional care, and the facilitation of the extension or outreach of community-based care and respite service platforms for the development of community-based long-term care still rely on institutional care. The history of the development of long-term care in Taiwan is much shorter than that of Japan, Europe, the United States, and Canada. Despite years of hard work and rapid development, the long-term care resources needed to establish a complete system in terms of universalization, fairness, accessibility, and selectivity are not available. In the future, based on the soundness of institutional care, it hoped that outreach will move toward the goals of community care and aging in place. We hope the studies in this Special Issue will help further develop clinical medicine for healthcare and stainability. 606 $aMedicine and Nursing$2bicssc 610 $aacute bacterial infection 610 $aaddiction 610 $aalcohol 610 $aantibiotic susceptibility testing (AST), evidence-based prescription 610 $aantibiotics 610 $aantimicrobial resistance (AMR), rapid diagnostics 610 $aarterial pressure 610 $aartificial intelligence 610 $abariatric surgery 610 $abioimpedance analysis 610 $ablood pressure 610 $acaffeine 610 $acannabis 610 $acardiometabolic diseases 610 $acardiovascular disease 610 $acatheter 610 $aceftaroline 610 $aceftriaxone 610 $achronic 610 $achronic disease 610 $aclinical 610 $aclinical deterioration 610 $acommunity-acquired pneumonia 610 $acomplicated intra-abdominal infection 610 $acomplicated urinary tract infection 610 $acomputed tomography 610 $acomputerized 610 $aconventional neural network 610 $aconvolutional neural networks 610 $acost 610 $acost optimization 610 $across-sectional cohort study 610 $adecision support 610 $adeep learning 610 $adental panoramic radiographs 610 $adepression 610 $adiabetic foot ulcer 610 $adiscordance 610 $adisease prevention 610 $adoripenem 610 $adrug therapy 610 $aearly medical intervention 610 $aeffect 610 $aefficacy 610 $aelderly 610 $aelectronic health records 610 $aensemble methods 610 $aepidemiology 610 $aeravacycline 610 $aerythrodermic psoriasis 610 $aethics 610 $aforensic 610 $aforensic medicine 610 $afrailty 610 $ahealth behavior 610 $ahealth-related quality of life 610 $ahealthcare 610 $ahealthcare and sustainability 610 $ahealthcare quotient 610 $ahemodialysis 610 $ahepatocellular carcinoma 610 $ahome mechanical ventilation 610 $ahospital emergency department 610 $ahospital rapid response team 610 $ahypertension 610 $ahypotension 610 $aincidence 610 $ainsurance medicine 610 $aintensive care units 610 $aintra-abdominal infection 610 $aKorea 610 $alaparoscopic 610 $alarge for gestational age 610 $alaser assisted 610 $alaw 610 $along-axis injection 610 $aLong-term oxygen therapy 610 $alongitudinal studies 610 $alung cancer 610 $amachine learning 610 $amacrosomia 610 $amedical records system 610 $amedical referral system 610 $amedication 610 $amenopause 610 $ameta-analysis 610 $amild cognitive impairment 610 $aminimal clinically important difference 610 $amortality 610 $aMRI 610 $amultimorbidity 610 $amusculoskeletal disorders 610 $aNational Health Insurance Service data 610 $anon-metastatic colorectal cancer 610 $anursing homes 610 $aoccupational medicine 610 $aolder adults 610 $aolder adults living in super-aging society 610 $aoncologic outcome 610 $aopen surgery 610 $aosteoporosis screening 610 $apalliative care 610 $apatient-reported experience measures 610 $aperipheral arterial disease 610 $aphysical activity 610 $apneumonia 610 $apost-acute care 610 $apostprandial 610 $aprediction 610 $apreoperative 610 $aprevalence 610 $aprimary care 610 $apropensity score matching 610 $aprotection 610 $apsychoactive substances 610 $aquality of care 610 $aqueuing theory 610 $arandomized controlled tria 610 $arapid culture 610 $aresistance training 610 $arisk factor 610 $asafety 610 $asarcopenia 610 $aseason 610 $asecukinumab 610 $asensitivity 610 $aserum urate 610 $asingle surgeon experience 610 $asmoking 610 $asocioeconomic status 610 $aspecificity 610 $astroke 610 $asuicidal plans 610 $asuicidal thoughts 610 $asurgical complication 610 $asurvival 610 $asustainability 610 $asymptom assessment 610 $atherapeutics 610 $atherapy of internal medicine diseases 610 $atrial sequential analysis 610 $aultrasound-guided injection 610 $auric acid 610 $aurinary tract infection 610 $avirtual reality 610 $awalking speed 610 $awearable 610 $awhite matter hyperintensity 610 $axanthine dehydrogenase 615 7$aMedicine and Nursing 700 $aMeen$b Teen-Hang$4edt$01280095 702 $aMatsumoto$b Yusuke$4edt 702 $aLee$b Kuan-Han$4edt 702 $aMeen$b Teen-Hang$4oth 702 $aMatsumoto$b Yusuke$4oth 702 $aLee$b Kuan-Han$4oth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910557572503321 996 $aClinical Medicine for Healthcare and Sustainability$93016563 997 $aUNINA
