Verb paradigms, glossed texts, a Sunwar-English glossary and bibliographical references are also presented. Contact between the Sunwar and Nepali languages resulted in language change, most visible in the verbal system, where the older biactantial agreement system typical for Kiranti languages disappeared and suffix conjugations emerged. This book will interest those interested in descriptive linguistics, language change and languages of South Asia. 410 0$aBrill's Tibetan studies library ;$vv. 5/7. 410 0$aBrill's Tibetan studies library.$pLanguages of the greater Himalayan region. 606 $aSunwar language$xGrammar 606 $aSunwar language$vTexts 606 $aSunwar language$vGlossaries, vocabularies, etc 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aSunwar language$xGrammar. 615 0$aSunwar language 615 0$aSunwar language 676 $a495/.49 700 $aBorchers$b Do?rte$0890153 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910455082103321 996 $aA grammar of Sunwar$91988598 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03912nam 2200637 450 001 9910818269203321 005 20230807220202.0 010 $a1-118-87623-7 010 $a1-118-87624-5 010 $a1-118-87628-8 035 $a(CKB)3710000000440566 035 $a(EBL)2072535 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001515125 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11902482 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001515125 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11481531 035 $a(PQKB)10950005 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC4039500 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC2072535 035 $a(DLC) 2015022942 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL4039500 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr11113043 035 $a(CaONFJC)MIL809586 035 $a(OCoLC)910936401 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000440566 100 $a20151105h20152015 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur||||||||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 00$aBiofilms in the dairy industry /$fedited by Koon Hoong Teh [and three others] ; contributors Rod Bennett [and thirteen others] 210 1$aChichester, England :$cWiley Blackwell,$d2015. 210 4$dİ2015 215 $a1 online resource (290 p.) 225 1 $aSociety of Dairy Technology Series 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a1-118-87621-0 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references at the end of each chapters and index. 327 $aIntroduction to biofilms: definition and basic concepts / Phil Bremer, Steve Flint, John Brooks and Jon Palmer -- Significance of bacterial attachment: a focus on the food industry / Jon Palmer, Brent Seale and Steve Flint -- The effect of milk composition on the development of biofilms / Steve Flint, Norshhaidah Mohd Jamaludin, Ben Somerton, Jon Palmer and John Brooks -- Overview of the problems resulting from biofilm contamination in the dairy industry / Brent Seale, Phil Bremer, Steve Flint, John Brooks and Jon Palmer -- Raw milk quality influenced by biofilms and the effect of biofilm growth on dairy product quality / Koon Hoong Teh, Steve Flint and Phil Bremer -- Thermoresistant streptococci / Steve Flint, John Brooks and Phil Bremer -- Thermophilic spore-forming bacilli in the dairy industry / Brent Seale, Sara Burgess, Steve Flint, John Brooks, Phil Bremer and Shanthi Parkar -- Biofilm contamination of ultrafiltration and reverse-osmosis plants / Xuemei Tang, Steve Flint, Rod Bennett, John Brooks and Siti Norbaizura Md Zain -- Pathogen contamination in dairy manufacturing environments / Shanthi Parkar, Steve Flint, Koon Hoong Teh, John Brooks and Phil Bremer -- Biofilm issues in dairy waste effluents / Michael Dixon, Steve Flint, Koon Hoong Teh and Kieran Mellow -- Biofilm modelling / John Brooks, Isabel Li and Robin Hankin -- Biofilm control in dairy manufacturing plants / Geoff Knight. 330 $aIn recent years, the formation and impacts of biofilms on dairy manufacturing have been studied extensively, from the effects of microbial enzymes produced during transportation of raw milk to the mechanisms of biofilm formation by thermophilic spore-forming bacteria. The dairy industry now has a better understanding of biofilms and of approaches that may be adopted to reduce the impacts that biofilms have on manufacturing efficiencies and the quality of dairy products. Biofilms in the Dairy Industry provides a comprehensive overview of biofilm-related issues facing the dairy sector.
