These developments are depicted in a wider context of travel narratives written in other European languages. Grzegorz Moroz convincingly argues that, for all the similarities and cross-cultural influences, in the course of the nineteenth and twentieth century non-fiction Anglophone and Polish travel writing have dynamically evolved different generic horizons of expectations. While the Anglophone travel book developed relatively steadily in that period, the Polish genre of the podro?z? was first replaced by the listy (kartki) z podro?z?y, and then by the reportaz? podro?z?niczy. 410 0$aTextxet: Studies in Comparative Literature ;$v93. 606 $aTravel writing 608 $aLiterary criticism.$2lcgft 615 0$aTravel writing. 676 $a808.06691 700 $aMoroz$b Grzegorz$01675489 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910813484603321 996 $aA generic history of travel writing in Anglophone and Polish literature$94041001 997 $aUNINA LEADER 04708nam 2200601Ia 450 001 9911006575703321 005 20200520144314.0 010 $a978-0-929600-34-5 010 $a978-1-60119-397-1 010 $a0-929600-34-7 035 $a(CKB)1000000000385119 035 $a(EBL)3382286 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000072915 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11997334 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000072915 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10103807 035 $a(PQKB)10629721 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC3382286 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000385119 100 $a19931124d1993 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 00$aRisk estimates for radiation protection /$frecommendations of the National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements 210 $aBethesda, MD $cthe Council$d1993 215 $a1 online resource (156 p.) 225 1 $aNCRP report ;$vno. 115 300 $a"Issued December 31, 1993". 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and index. 327 $a""Cover""; ""Preface ""; ""Contents ""; ""1.
