All documents contributing in any way to the knowledge of psychological and medical consequences have been included in this bibliography. Materials are drawn from psychological, psychiatric, and social work literature and from personal accounts. In addition to printed books and articles, references are made to manuscripts which are housed at one of the three centres where major libraries of this kind exist. The bibliography contains titles in English, French, Polish, Dutch, and German, as well as a number of other languages. The major topics are: 1. Direct observations of, and direct reactions to, the concentration camp during imprisonment and immediately after liberation. 2. Compensation and rehabilitation. 3. Physical and psychological results. 4. Children as survivors. 5. The second generation. 606 $aHolocaust, Jewish (1939-1945)$xPsychological aspects$vBibliography 606 $aHolocaust, Jewish (1939-1945)$xPhysiological aspects$vBibliography 606 $aHolocaust survivors$vBibliography 615 0$aHolocaust, Jewish (1939-1945)$xPsychological aspects 615 0$aHolocaust, Jewish (1939-1945)$xPhysiological aspects 615 0$aHolocaust survivors 676 $a016.94053/18 700 $aEitinger$b Leo$f1912-1996.$01696933 701 $aKrell$b Robert$01696934 701 $aRieck$b Miriam$01696935 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910810636503321 996 $aThe psychological and medical effects of concentration camps and related persecutions on survivors of the Holocaust$94077274 997 $aUNINA
