These articles provide comprehensive protection against the most modern forms of surveillance including bulk interception. Several criteria apply in terms of the foreseeability of the surveillance laws. Telecommunication?s interception should be subject to authorisation and supervision by independent authorities and effective remedies should be available. Moreover, the study analyzes the extent to which the surveilling state and the state of residence violate their human rights obligations in cases of cross-border surveillance. The main question is whether the established definitions of "jurisdiction" are applicable to this extraterritorial scenario. The extraterritorial exercise of jurisdiction can also be based on effective control over specific objects relevant to human rights. According to this approach, telecommunications data are objects relevant to individual?s right to correspondence and data protection. 606 $aLaw$2bicssc 610 $asecret service 610 $aspying 610 $atelecommunications 615 7$aLaw 700 $aGolghalyani$b Sahra$4auth$01262502 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910585982003321 996 $aDer internationale Schutz der Privatsphäre vor geheimdienstlicher Überwachung$92951322 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02624oam 2200529 450 001 9910792373603321 005 20230721015726.0 010 $a1-283-33871-8 010 $a9786613338716 010 $a0-335-24051-8 035 $a(CKB)2670000000009661 035 $a(EBL)487782 035 $a(OCoLC)609856733 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC487782 035 $a(EXLCZ)992670000000009661 100 $a20130923h20092009 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurbn#---uuuuu 181 $2rdacontent 182 $2rdamedia 183 $2rdacarrier 200 00$aReflective practice in psychotherapy and counselling /$fedited by Jacqui Stedmon and Rudi Dallos 210 1$aMaidenhead :$cOpen University Press/McGraw Hill Education,$d2009. 210 4$d©2009 215 $a1 online resource (219 pages) $cillustrations 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a0-335-23361-9 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and index. 327 $aFront cover; Half title page; Title page; Copyright page; Contents; Preface: Learning from our work - David Harper; Acknowledgements; Author Biographies; List of Figures and Tables; 1 Flying over the swampy lowlands: Reflective and reflexive Practice - Rudi Dallos and Jacqui Stedmon; 2 Biological and developmental foundations of reflection - Jacqui Stedmon and Rudi Dallos; 3 Reflective frameworks - Rudi Dallos and Jacqui Stedmon; 4 Reflective practice through a psychodynamic lens - John Wright 327 $a5 Reflective practice and humanistic psychology: The whole is more than the sum of the parts - Delia Cushway6 Reflexivity and reflective practice in personal and relational construct psychology - Harry Procter; 7 Reflective practice in cognitive behavioural therapy: The engine of lifelong learning - James Bennett-Levy, Richard Thwaites, Anna Chaddock and Melanie Davis; 8 Family mirrors: Reflective practice in systemic therapies - Arlene Vetere and Rudi Dallos; 9 Narrative therapy and reflexive practice - Paula Boston; 10 Reflections on reflections - Jacqui Stedmon and Rudi Dallos; References 606 $aCounseling 606 $aPsychotherapy 606 $aSelf-evaluation 615 0$aCounseling. 615 0$aPsychotherapy. 615 0$aSelf-evaluation. 676 $a616.8914 702 $aStedmon$b Jacqui 702 $aDallos$b Rudi$f1948- 801 0$bAU-PeEL 801 1$bAU-PeEL 801 2$bAU-PeEL 801 2$bStDnUAD 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910792373603321 996 $aReflective practice in psychotherapy and counselling$93852384 997 $aUNINA
