The macroeconomic and budget framework has been developed to take into account the effects of sectoral policies to maintain macroeconomic stability, a necessary condition for laying the foundation of economic growth and poverty reduction. It is based on the profile of public spending, the assessment of costs for achieving the Millennium Development Goals by 2020, and the sector-based economic growth theories taking into account the uncertainties of the international environment and the real potential of the Congolese economy. It is found that it allows for a realistic programming of public spending while highlighting the main budgetary choices proposed by the government. 410 0$aIMF Staff Country Reports; Country Report ;$vNo. 2013/226 517 3 $aGPRSP 2 517 3 $aSecond generation growth and poverty reduction strategy paper (GPRSP 2) 606 $aPoverty$zCongo (Democratic Republic) 606 $aEnvironmental Economics$2imf 606 $aDemography$2imf 606 $aPoverty and Homelessness$2imf 606 $aEducation: General$2imf 606 $aHealth: General$2imf 606 $aWelfare, Well-Being, and Poverty: General$2imf 606 $aDemographic Economics: General$2imf 606 $aEnvironmental Economics: General$2imf 606 $aEducation$2imf 606 $aHealth economics$2imf 606 $aPoverty & precarity$2imf 606 $aPopulation & demography$2imf 606 $aEnvironmental economics$2imf 606 $aHealth$2imf 606 $aPoverty$2imf 606 $aPopulation and demographics$2imf 606 $aEnvironment$2imf 606 $aPopulation$2imf 606 $aEnvironmental sciences$2imf 607 $aCongo (Democratic Republic)$xEconomic conditions 607 $aCongo, Democratic Republic of the$2imf 615 0$aPoverty 615 7$aEnvironmental Economics 615 7$aDemography 615 7$aPoverty and Homelessness 615 7$aEducation: General 615 7$aHealth: General 615 7$aWelfare, Well-Being, and Poverty: General 615 7$aDemographic Economics: General 615 7$aEnvironmental Economics: General 615 7$aEducation 615 7$aHealth economics 615 7$aPoverty & precarity 615 7$aPopulation & demography 615 7$aEnvironmental economics 615 7$aHealth 615 7$aPoverty 615 7$aPopulation and demographics 615 7$aEnvironment 615 7$aPopulation 615 7$aEnvironmental sciences 712 02$aInternational Monetary Fund. 801 0$bDcWaIMF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910790505703321 996 $aDemocratic Republic of the Congo$93677640 997 $aUNINA
