A number of his photographs appeared in the March 1952 issue of UNESCO Courier in an article written by Carlo Levi, who had gained worldwide fame with his novel Christ Stopped at Eboli (1945). L'analyse des archives audio-visuelles de l'UNESCO en vue de leur numérisation a permis de découvrir un album oublié comprenant 38 planches-contact et des textes d'accompagnement du photographe de Magnum David « Chim » Seymour - un reportage réalisé en 1950 pour l'UNESCO sur la bataille contre l'analphabétisme en Calabre, une région du sud de l'Italie. Un certain nombre de ses photographies ont été publiées dans le numéro de mars 1952 du Courrier de l'UNESCO avec un article de Carlo Levi, dont le roman Le Christ s'est arrêté à Eboli (1945) lui avait valu une renommée internationale 410 0$aAppearances - Studies in Visual Research 606 $aHISTORY / Study & Teaching$2bisacsh 610 $ailliteracy 610 $aItaly 615 7$aHISTORY / Study & Teaching. 700 $aPriem$b Karin$4edt$01427554 702 $aNaggar$b Carole$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aPriem$b Karin$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 712 02$aUNESCO, ,$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 801 0$bDE-B1597 801 1$bDE-B1597 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996333143303316 996 $aThey did not stop at Eboli$93561225 997 $aUNISA LEADER 03761nam 22007211a 450 001 9910789929903321 005 20200514202323.0 010 $a1-84731-825-8 010 $a1-4725-6101-5 010 $a1-280-12551-9 010 $a9786613529374 010 $a1-84731-839-8 024 7 $a10.5040/9781472561015 035 $a(CKB)2670000000174378 035 $a(EBL)881378 035 $a(OCoLC)785398011 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000621703 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)12186473 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000621703 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10636744 035 $a(PQKB)10913005 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC1772936 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC881378 035 $a(UkLoBP)bpp09255742 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6165416 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL881378 035 $a(EXLCZ)992670000000174378 100 $a20140929d2011 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 00$aIntellectual property, competition law and economics in Asia$b[electronic resource] /$fedited by R. The prime focus was how best to balance these laws to improve economic welfare. Countries in Asia have different levels of development and experience with intellectual property and competition laws. Japan has the longest experience and now vigorously enforces both competition and intellectual property laws.
