Based on the Golden Section and Fibonacci numbers and also using the physical dimensions of the average human, Modulor is a sequence of measurements which Le Corbusier used to achieve harmony in his architectural compositions. Le Modulor was published in 1950 and after meeting with success, Le Corbusier went on to publish Modulor 2 in 1955. In many of Le Corbusier s most notable buildings, including the Chapel at Ronchamp and the Unité d habitation, evidence of his Modulor system can be seen. These two volumes form an important and integral part of Le Corbusier's theoretical writings. 606 $aModular coordination (Architecture) 606 $aRatio and proportion 615 0$aModular coordination (Architecture) 615 0$aRatio and proportion. 676 $a729/.23 700 $aLe Corbusier$f1887-1965.$02330 702 $aFondation Le Corbusier$b , 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910788809703321 996 $aThe modulor$93787104 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02507nam 2200505 450 001 9910827909503321 005 20200123140107.0 010 $a2-511-01348-7 035 $a(CKB)3790000000019179 035 $a(EBL)2088630 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC2088630 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL2088630 035 $a(OCoLC)899983526 035 $a(PPN)25629237X 035 $a(EXLCZ)993790000000019179 100 $a20200123d2013 uy 0 101 0 $afre 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aEverest 1953 $ela ve?ritable e?pope?e de la premie?re ascension /$fMick Conefrey ; traduit de l'anglais par Eric Vola, assiste? par Sophie Nussle? et Claude Dufourmantelle 210 1$aBruxelles, [Belgium] :$cEditions Nevicata,$d[2013] 210 4$d©2013 215 $a1 online resource (418 p.) 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a2-87523-041-7 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references. 327 $aCouverture; Page de titre; Prologue; Chapitre 1; Chapitre 2; Chapitre 3; Chapitre 4; Chapitre 5; Chapitre 6; Chapitre 7; Chapitre 8; Chapitre 9; Chapitre 10; Chapitre 11; Chapitre 12; Chapitre 13; E?pilogue; Carte; Photographies; Remerciements; Bibliographie et notes sur les sources; Copyright 330 $a Les coulisses de la victoire sur l'Everest raconte?es pour la premie?re fois a? l'appui d'archives ine?dites.29 mai 1953.
