Il faut que l?individu sorte de sa dépendance ? ce négatif de l?autonomie ? pour devenir, enfin, « autonome ». Le modèle est si communément admis qu?on ne le questionne plus. Il existe pourtant d?autres approches. Cet ouvrage propose un retour critique sur le couple autonomie-dépendance qui forme le socle inconscient des politiques sociales, et un tableau des alternatives qui s?expérimentent aujourd?hui. À partir d?études de cas, nous mettons en évidence plusieurs paradoxes de l?autonomie, entre injonctions politiques et aspirations des publics à l?autodétermination. Nous explorons ensuite des pratiques issues de la société civile : dans les squats ouverts, les mouvements coopératifs, chez les « Makers » ou la communauté d?Emmaüs émergent des modes de solidarité et d?échange inédits, où l?autonomie n?est plus conçue comme un envers de la dépendance, mais comme la liberté de choisir ses interdépendances. This book aims at reconsidering the coupling between autonomy, an undisputed ideal of modern individualistic societies, and dependency, as seen as its negative opposite. 606 $aSociology 606 $aautonomie 606 $adépendance 606 $ainterdépendance 606 $atravail social 606 $ahandicap 606 $atravail collaboratif 606 $autopie 606 $ainstitution publique 606 $apratique alternative 606 $apolitique publique 606 $aexpérimentation sociale 606 $ales communs 606 $apratique solidaire 607 $aFrance$xSocial policy 615 4$aSociology 615 4$aautonomie 615 4$adépendance 615 4$ainterdépendance 615 4$atravail social 615 4$ahandicap 615 4$atravail collaboratif 615 4$autopie 615 4$ainstitution publique 615 4$apratique alternative 615 4$apolitique publique 615 4$aexpérimentation sociale 615 4$ales communs 615 4$apratique solidaire 700 $aBerton$b Fabienne$01320270 701 $aBourgeois$b Catherine$01318069 701 $aBucolo$b Elisabetta$01330223 701 $aBureau$b Marie Christine$01235913 701 $aBureau$b Marie-Christine$01235913 701 $aCouronné$b Julie$01457280 701 $aDestremau$b Blandine$0734613 701 $aFèvres-Limonet$b Céline$01457281 701 $aGiraud$b Olivier$01457282 701 $aLénel$b Pierre$01297939 701 $aLoison-Leruste$b Marie$01078022 701 $aNicole-Drancourt$b Chantal$01457283 701 $aPerrier$b Gwenaëlle$01455737 701 $aPetiau$b Anne$01240720 701 $aRist$b Barbara$01318078 701 $aRouxel$b Sylvie$01318079 701 $aTouahria-Gaillard$b Abdia$01457284 701 $aTrenta$b Arnaud$01318082 701 $aZacklad$b Rachel$01457285 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910495785203321 996 $aTous autonomes$93657861 997 $aUNINA LEADER 04998oam 22012254 450 001 9910788417003321 005 20230828232704.0 010 $a1-4623-1753-7 010 $a1-4527-9354-9 010 $a1-283-51242-4 010 $a1-4519-0820-2 010 $a9786613824875 035 $a(CKB)3360000000443480 035 $a(EBL)3014416 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000941477 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11577295 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000941477 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10964263 035 $a(PQKB)10938836 035 $a(OCoLC)698585714 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC3014416 035 $a(IMF)WPIEE2006024 035 $a(EXLCZ)993360000000443480 100 $a20020129d2006 uf 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aImplications of Quasi-Fiscal Activities in Ghana /$fMali Chivakul, Robert York 210 1$aWashington, D.C. :$cInternational Monetary Fund,$d2006. 215 $a1 online resource (47 p.) 225 1 $aIMF Working Papers 300 $a"January 2006." 311 $a1-4518-6284-9 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references. 327 $a""Contents""; ""I. We find that while QFAs have been reduced recently, they remain significant. The extensive nature of these activities has several macroeconomic and structural policy implications. An extended measure of public sector operations, including QFAs, presents a clearer picture of Ghana's fiscal stance and fiscal adjustment from one for the central government alone; QFAs have led to serious distortions in energy and water consumption; and they have distorted the investment decisions of both public enterprises and the private sector. 410 0$aIMF Working Papers; Working Paper ;$vNo. 2006/024 606 $aFiscal policy$zGhana 606 $aFinance, Public$zGhana 606 $aGovernment business enterprises$zGhana 606 $aBanks and Banking$2imf 606 $aMacroeconomics$2imf 606 $aPublic Finance$2imf 606 $aNonprofit Organizations and Public Enterprise: General$2imf 606 $aCentral Banks and Their Policies$2imf 606 $aPublic Enterprises$2imf 606 $aPublic-Private Enterprises$2imf 606 $aBanks$2imf 606 $aDepository Institutions$2imf 606 $aMicro Finance Institutions$2imf 606 $aMortgages$2imf 606 $aPublic Administration$2imf 606 $aPublic Sector Accounting and Audits$2imf 606 $aPublic ownership$2imf 606 $anationalization$2imf 606 $aBanking$2imf 606 $aCivil service & public sector$2imf 606 $aPublic finance & taxation$2imf 606 $aPublic enterprises$2imf 606 $aQuasi-fiscal operations$2imf 606 $aPublic sector$2imf 606 $aContingent liabilities$2imf 606 $aGovernment business enterprises$2imf 606 $aFinance, Public$2imf 606 $aBanks and banking$2imf 606 $aFiscal policy$2imf 607 $aGhana$2imf 615 0$aFiscal policy 615 0$aFinance, Public 615 0$aGovernment business enterprises 615 7$aBanks and Banking 615 7$aMacroeconomics 615 7$aPublic Finance 615 7$aNonprofit Organizations and Public Enterprise: General 615 7$aCentral Banks and Their Policies 615 7$aPublic Enterprises 615 7$aPublic-Private Enterprises 615 7$aBanks 615 7$aDepository Institutions 615 7$aMicro Finance Institutions 615 7$aMortgages 615 7$aPublic Administration 615 7$aPublic Sector Accounting and Audits 615 7$aPublic ownership 615 7$anationalization 615 7$aBanking 615 7$aCivil service & public sector 615 7$aPublic finance & taxation 615 7$aPublic enterprises 615 7$aQuasi-fiscal operations 615 7$aPublic sector 615 7$aContingent liabilities 615 7$aGovernment business enterprises 615 7$aFinance, Public 615 7$aBanks and banking 615 7$aFiscal policy 700 $aChivakul$b Mali$01546598 701 $aYork$b Robert$01092056 801 0$bDcWaIMF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910788417003321 996 $aImplications of Quasi-Fiscal Activities in Ghana$93802306 997 $aUNINA
