The present volume covers 1975 through 1977. Entries record location and, when available, the group that sponsored the event. First and last names of players are included whenever possible and are standardized for easy reference. Compiled from contemporary sources such as newspapers, periodicals, tournament records and match books, this work contains 872 tournament cross tables and 147 match scores, and is indexed by events 606 $aChess$xTournaments$xHistory$y20th century 606 $aChess$xRecords$xHistory$y20th century 615 0$aChess$xTournaments$xHistory 615 0$aChess$xRecords$xHistory 676 $a794.1/57 700 $aDi Felice$b Gino$f1955-$01478163 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910787168803321 996 $aChess results, 1975-1977$93735469 997 $aUNINA LEADER 04413nam 22007695 450 001 9910300384903321 005 20200701151138.0 010 $a3-319-06157-7 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-319-06157-3 035 $a(CKB)3710000000125758 035 $a(EBL)1782902 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001277474 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11803944 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001277474 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11257030 035 $a(PQKB)10889608 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC1782902 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-319-06157-3 035 $a(PPN)179768042 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000125758 100 $a20140603d2014 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aQuantitative Recombination and Transport Properties in Silicon from Dynamic Luminescence /$fby Johannes Giesecke 205 $a1st ed. 2014. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer International Publishing :$cImprint: Springer,$d2014. 215 $a1 online resource (296 p.) 225 1 $aSpringer Theses, Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research,$x2190-5053 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a1-322-13506-1 311 $a3-319-06156-9 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references. 327 $aIntroduction -- Solar Cell Operation -- Dynamics of Charge Carriers -- Luminescence of Silicon -- Harmonically Modulated Lifetime -- Constraints of Dynamic Carrier Lifetime Techniques -- Evolution of the Experimental Setup -- Conceptual Advances: Recombination Properties -- Conceptual Advances: Transport Properties -- Summary and Outlook. 330 $aHarmonically modulated luminescence combines the advantages of highly sensitive luminescence metrology with an immediate dynamic access to carrier lifetime in semiconductors at a minimum of required a priori information. The present work covers theoretical, conceptual, and experimental advances of the harmonically modulated luminescence technique. Theoretical constraints of dynamic carrier lifetime techniques are rigorously elaborated, including the proof of their differential nature and their characteristics at nonuniform spatial distributions of recombination rate. The pathway toward a unified, reliable, and versatile harmonically modulated carrier lifetime metrology is delineated - covering the entire solar cell production chain from bare ingots to finished solar cells. Accurate access to miscellaneous relevant recombination and transport properties via harmonically modulated luminescence is demonstrated and experimentally validated, embracing injection-dependent carrier lifetimes at extremely low injection conditions, a spatially resolved carrier lifetime calibration of luminescence images, and accurate approaches to both net dopant concentration and minority carrier mobility. 410 0$aSpringer Theses, Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research,$x2190-5053 606 $aSemiconductors 606 $aEnergy systems 606 $aMaterials?Surfaces 606 $aThin films 606 $aRenewable energy resources 606 $aSemiconductors$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P25150 606 $aEnergy Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/115000 606 $aSurfaces and Interfaces, Thin Films$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/Z19000 606 $aEnergy Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/115000 606 $aRenewable and Green Energy$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/111000 615 0$aSemiconductors. 615 0$aEnergy systems. 615 0$aMaterials?Surfaces. 615 0$aThin films. 615 0$aRenewable energy resources. 615 14$aSemiconductors. 615 24$aEnergy Systems. 615 24$aSurfaces and Interfaces, Thin Films. 615 24$aEnergy Systems. 615 24$aRenewable and Green Energy. 676 $a537.6226 700 $aGiesecke$b Johannes$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$0791825 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910300384903321 996 $aQuantitative Recombination and Transport Properties in Silicon from Dynamic Luminescence$91770463 997 $aUNINA
