The various contributions in this book analyse the concept of flexicurity and its effective feasibility in different institutional contexts, in particular Italy and Spain and - at regional level - in Tuscany and Catalonia. The consequence of the variety of employment and social security models is that the meanings and manifestations of flexicurity are highly divergent, even in cases as analogous as Spain and Italy, since the different contexts generate significant differences. The overall analysis demonstrates that the forms of regulation and organisation of the social institutions, and their complementary nature, have a major impact on the relations between forms of flexibility and security, and do not always give rise to the virtuous process of flexicurity. 517 $aFlessicurezza/Flexiseguridad 606 $aLabor market$zItaly 606 $aSocial security$zSpain 615 0$aLabor market 615 0$aSocial security 676 $a331.120945 702 $aLeonardi$b Laura 801 0$bNjHacI 801 1$bNjHacl 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910571717603321 996 $aFlessicurezza$92255047 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02651nam 2200649 450 001 9910783692003321 005 20230617040827.0 010 $a0-19-756221-3 010 $a1-280-42812-0 010 $a1-4237-2091-1 010 $a0-19-534665-3 010 $a1-60256-504-X 035 $a(CKB)1000000000245659 035 $a(EBL)273127 035 $a(OCoLC)171572543 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000220538 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11218560 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000220538 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10162905 035 $a(PQKB)10532677 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC4702486 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC273127 035 $a(StDuBDS)EDZ0002341506 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL4702486 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr11273587 035 $a(OCoLC)61344258 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000245659 100 $a20161012h20042004 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 14$aThe phanerozoic carbon cycle $eCO? and O? /$fRobert A.
