Although these Principles are not directly applicable to other long-term (commercial) contracts, some of the Articles may be applied to such contracts by way of analogy where appropriate. The economic function of all three contracts is that they are instrumental in bringing products to the market. They are so-called vertical agreements, as they are agreements between economic actors on different levels in the production and distribution chain. Obviously, the economic importance of these contracts is enormous since they form the connection between producers and retailers who sell the products to consumers and other final users. There are only very few economic sectors where producers regularly sell their products directly to final consumer users. Goodwill compensation after the ending of a distribution contract, the moment at which the agent's commission is due, the franchisor's obligation to maintain the good reputation of the network are but a few examples of issues where specific rules are needed in order to give legal practice some guidance and to provide practitioners with a reasonable degree of legal certainty. 410 0$aPrinciples of European law ;$vVolume 2. 606 $aCivil law$zEuropean Union countries 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aCivil law 676 $a346.4 686 $aPS 2420$2rvk 700 $aHesselink$b Martijn W., $0564556 702 $aHesselink$b Martijn W. 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910455381203321 996 $aCommercial agency, franchise and distribution contracts (PEL CAFDC)$92461307 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02214nam 2200481 450 001 9910707854703321 005 20161215165738.0 035 $a(CKB)5470000002468011 035 $a(OCoLC)966293466 035 $a(EXLCZ)995470000002468011 100 $a20161215d2012 ua 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcn||||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aDraft environmental impact statement for the Lost Creek Uranium In-Situ Recovery Project, Sweetwater County, Wyoming /$fBLM Wyoming High Desert District, Rawlins Field Office 210 1$aRawlins, Wyo. :$cUnited States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Rawlins Field Office,$d2012. 215 $a1 online resource (901 unnumbered pages) $ccolor illustrations, color maps 300 $a"April 2012." 300 $a"BLM Publication Index Number: BLM/WY/PL-12/018+1330." 300 $a"DOI Control Number: DES 12-19." 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references. 517 3 $aLost Creek Uranium In-Situ Recovery Project, Sweetwater County, Wyoming 517 1 $aDraft EIS - Lost Creek Uranium In-Situ Recovery Project 606 $aUranium mines and mining$xEnvironmental aspects$zWyoming$zSweetwater County 606 $aUranium ore processing plants$xEnvironmental aspects$zWyoming$zSweetwater County 606 $aWildlife management$xEnvironmental aspects$zWyoming$zSweetwater County 606 $aRange management$xEnvironmental aspects$zWyoming$zSweetwater County 606 $aLand use$zWyoming$xPlanning 606 $aNatural resources$zWyoming$xManagement 615 0$aUranium mines and mining$xEnvironmental aspects 615 0$aUranium ore processing plants$xEnvironmental aspects 615 0$aWildlife management$xEnvironmental aspects 615 0$aRange management$xEnvironmental aspects 615 0$aLand use$xPlanning. 615 0$aNatural resources$xManagement. 801 0$bGPO 801 1$bGPO 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910707854703321 996 $aDraft environmental impact statement for the Lost Creek Uranium In-Situ Recovery Project, Sweetwater County, Wyoming$93290144 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02910nam 2200613Ia 450 001 9910782228303321 005 20230721033031.0 010 $a1-281-78256-4 010 $a9786611782566 010 $a1-84642-828-9 035 $a(CKB)1000000000550406 035 $a(EBL)366702 035 $a(OCoLC)294842717 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000207133 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11184841 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000207133 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10236833 035 $a(PQKB)11750631 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC366702 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL366702 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr10251463 035 $a(CaONFJC)MIL178256 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000550406 100 $a20080129d2008 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aMusic therapy and traumatic brain injury$b[electronic resource] $ea light on a dark night /$fSimon Gilbertson and David Aldridge 210 $aLondon ;$aPhiladelphia $cJessica Kingsley Publishers$d2008 215 $a1 online resource (161 p.) 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a1-84985-551-X 311 $a1-84310-665-5 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and indexes. 327 $aFRONT COVER; Music Therapy and Traumatic Brain Injury; A Light on a Dark Night; Contents; Chapter 1 Traumatic Brain Injury and Rehabilitation; Chapter 2 Music Therapy with People Who Have Experienced Traumatic Brain Injury: What the Literature Says; Chapter 3 Therapeutic Narrative Analysis: How We Look at Cases; Chapter 4 Bert's Story: Changing Perspectives - Identifying and Realizing Communicative Potential in Early Isolated States; Chapter 5 Neil's Story: From Distress and Agitation to Humour and Joy - The Creation of a Dialogue 327 $aChapter 6 Mark's Story: A Fusion of Two Worlds - Physical Dependency and Creative PartnershipChapter 7 The Narrative Explicated; REFERENCES; SUBJECT INDEX; AUTHOR INDEX 330 $aGilbertson and Aldridge demonstrate how music therapy can be used to attend to the holistic, rather than purely functional, needs of people affected by severe head trauma.
