It will take its start in an ancient question, that of the relationship between Jewish culture, Greek philosophy, and then Greco-Roman (and Christian) thought in connection with the query into the history and genealogy of wisdom and knowledge. Our journey into the history of the denomination 'Jewish philosophy' will include a leg that will lead us to certain declarations of political, moral, and scientific principles, and then on to the birth of what is called philosophia perennis or, in Christian circles, prisca theologia. Our subject of inquiry will thus be the birth of the concept of Jewish philosophy, Jewish theology and Jewish philosophy of religion. A special emphasis will fall on the topic treated in the last part of this study: Jewish scepticism, a theme that involves a philosophical attitude founded on dialectical "enquiry", as the etymology of the Greek word skepsis properly means. 410 0$aStudies and texts in scepticism ;$vVolume 3.$x2568-9614 606 $aPhilosophy of religion 606 $aJewish scepticism 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aPhilosophy of religion. 615 0$aJewish scepticism. 676 $a181 700 $aVeltri$b Giuseppe$0598858 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910467026103321 996 $aAlienated wisdom$92480926 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01856nam 2200589 a 450 001 9910781437503321 005 20210114200749.0 010 $a1-283-33439-9 010 $a9786613334398 010 $a0-472-02782-4 035 $a(CKB)2550000000065292 035 $a(OCoLC)768572195 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebrary10512360 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000606192 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11413292 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000606192 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10582429 035 $a(PQKB)10613741 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC3415024 035 $a(EXLCZ)992550000000065292 100 $a20150424d2011|||| s|| | 101 0 $aeng 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aAmerican Public Opinion on the Iraq War$b[electronic resource] 210 $aAnn Arbor, MI, USA$cUniversity of Michigan Press$d20111101 210 $cUniversity of Michigan Press 215 $a1 online resource (239 p.) 300 $aBibliographic Level Mode of Issuance: Monograph 311 $a0-472-03480-4 606 $aSOCIAL SCIENCE$2bisac 606 $aSociology / General$2bisac 606 $aIraq War, 2003-2011$xPublic opinion$zUnited States 606 $aPublic opinion 606 $aRegions & Countries - Asia & the Middle East$2HILCC 606 $aHistory & Archaeology$2HILCC 606 $aMiddle East$2HILCC 615 7$aSOCIAL SCIENCE 615 7$aSociology / General 615 0$aIraq War, 2003-2011$xPublic opinion 615 0$aPublic opinion 615 7$aRegions & Countries - Asia & the Middle East 615 7$aHistory & Archaeology 615 7$aMiddle East 676 $a956.7044/31 700 $aHolsti$b Ole R$0247612 801 0$bPQKB 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910781437503321 996 $aAmerican Public Opinion on the Iraq War$93672377 997 $aUNINA
