HTLV-1 is associated with ATL whereas HTLV-2 has not been linked to lymphoproliferative diseases. A comparative analysis between the two viruses is important to reach a better understanding of the difference in pathogenesis. A key role is attributed to the Tax proteins; Tax-1 function and structure has been thoroughly investigated but less is known about Tax-2. Recent studies on HTLV-1 and HTLV-2 expression strategies highlighted converging patterns as well as peculiar differences in the expression of regulatory proteins that might influence the pathobiology of these viruses. The study of interaction of regulatory proteins with cellular pathways factors has opened new avenues in understanding the mechanisms of gene transcription and deregulation. However, further investigation is needed on the role on innate immunity on HTLV-1 and HTLV-2 pathogenesis. Concerning the mechanisms of infection and related diseases and of their interaction with other co-infecting agents, the comparison between HTLV-1 and HTLV-2 needs further investigation. 606 $aMicrobiology 606 $aMicrobiology & Immunology$2HILCC 606 $aBiology$2HILCC 606 $aHealth & Biological Sciences$2HILCC 610 $aProteins 610 $aCo-infection 610 $aExpression 610 $aHTLV-1 610 $aHTLV-2 615 0$aMicrobiology. 615 7$aMicrobiology & Immunology 615 7$aBiology 615 7$aHealth & Biological Sciences 700 $aFrancoise Bex$4auth$01376134 702 $aBertazzoni$b Umberto 702 $aBex$b Françoise 801 0$bPQKB 801 2$bUkMaJRU 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910131531503321 996 $aComparative studies between HTLV-1 and HTLV-2 function and pathobiology$93411467 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01269nam 2200409 450 001 9910765438903321 005 20230725063001.0 010 $a965-406-581-9 035 $a(CKB)3710000000871377 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC5968574 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000871377 100 $a20191126d2010 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aNah?al H?aggit $ea Roman and Mamluk farmstead in the Southern Carmel /$fJon Seligman 210 1$aJerusalem :$cIsrael Antiquities Authority,$d2010. 215 $a1 online resource (283 pages) 225 1 $aIAA Reports ;$vNumber 43 311 $a965-406-233-X 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references. 410 0$aIAA reports ;$vNumber 43. 606 $aExcavations (Archaeology)$zIsrael$zCarmel, Mount, Region 606 $aTraditional farming$zIsrael$zCarmel, Mount, Region 615 0$aExcavations (Archaeology) 615 0$aTraditional farming 676 $a933 700 $aSeligman$b Jon$01450322 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910765438903321 996 $aNah?al H?aggit$93649485 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01973nam 2200457z- 450 001 9910743289403321 005 20230911 010 $a9782848679693 010 $a2-84867-969-7 024 7 $a10.4000/books.pufc.50855 035 $a(CKB)5590000001071037 035 $a(PPN)271209240 035 $a(oapen)doab113646 035 $a(EXLCZ)995590000001071037 100 $a20230704c2023uuuu -u- - 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurmn|---annan 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aNaissance et implantation de la Confédération générale du travail unitaire (1918-1927) 210 $aBesançon$cPresses universitaires de Franche-Comté$d2023 215 $a1 online resource (348 p.) 225 1 $aAnnales littéraires 311 08$a2-84867-968-9 330 $aThe book traces the history of revolutionary trade unionism in the aftermath of the First World War, leading to the trade union split in the CGT and the birth of the CGTU. From the rise of the oppositionists to the confederal leadership, through the strikes of 1919-1920, it traces the genesis and beginnings of the CGTU in the post-war revolutionary context. The young CGTU is then studied in its structuring, its establishment and its particularlinks with the communist galaxy.
