Particular attention is given to the expression of restoration in what is identified in the present study as the exilic model of restoration. In this model, Israel's restoration is characterized by the features of (a) a future re-gathering, (b) the fate of the nations, and (c) the establishment of a new Temple. The present work focuses primarily on the first two features. Through this framework Jews in the Greco-Roman period could draw on Israel's history and legacy, but re-appropriate 'exile and return' in new and creative ways. Finally, the writing of Luke-Acts is investigated for its ideas of restoration and its indebtedness to Early Jewish traditions. 410 0$aBeihefte zur Zeitschrift fu?r die neutestamentliche Wissenschaft und die Kunde der a?lteren Kirche ;$vBeiheft 138. 606 $aJews$xRestoration$xBiblical teaching 606 $aJews$xRestoration$xHistory of doctrines 606 $aIsrael (Christian theology)$xBiblical teaching 606 $aApocryphal books (Old Testament)$xCriticism, interpretation, etc 606 $aJewish religious literature$xHistory and criticism 606 $aJews$xHistory$y586 B.C.-70 A.D 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aJews$xRestoration$xBiblical teaching. 615 0$aJews$xRestoration$xHistory of doctrines. 615 0$aIsrael (Christian theology)$xBiblical teaching. 615 0$aApocryphal books (Old Testament)$xCriticism, interpretation, etc. 615 0$aJewish religious literature$xHistory and criticism. 615 0$aJews$xHistory 676 $a296.3/1173 700 $aFuller$b Michael E$01028432 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910463473803321 996 $aThe restoration of Israel$92444438 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01689oam 2200457 a 450 001 9910697822503321 005 20090825084130.0 035 $a(CKB)5470000002392761 035 $a(OCoLC)288475146 035 $a(OCoLC)995470000002392761 035 $a(EXLCZ)995470000002392761 100 $a20081217d2008 ua 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurbn||||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aAffordable housing preservation and protection of tenants$b[electronic resource] $ehearing before the Committee on Financial Services, U.S. House of Representatives, One Hundred Tenth Congress, second session, June 19, 2008 210 1$aWashington :$cU.S. G.P.O.,$d2008. 215 $aiii, 163 pages $cdigital, PDF file 300 $aTitle from title screen (viewed on Dec. 17, 2008). 300 $a"Serial no. 110-122." 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references. 517 $aAffordable housing preservation and protection of tenants 606 $aLow-income housing$zUnited States 606 $aLow-income tenants$xLegal status, laws, etc$zUnited States 606 $aRental housing$zUnited States 606 $aRelocation (Housing)$zUnited States 606 $aHousing policy$zUnited States 615 0$aLow-income housing 615 0$aLow-income tenants$xLegal status, laws, etc. 615 0$aRental housing 615 0$aRelocation (Housing) 615 0$aHousing policy 801 0$bGPO 801 1$bGPO 801 2$bGPO 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910697822503321 996 $aAffordable housing preservation and protection of tenants$93530866 997 $aUNINA
