It especially focuses on the tool of urban living labs, as promising in promoting new and more effective local governance and in including the different actors into the planning process. The book combines theory and practice, since it is the result of action-research conducted in different social housing estates all over Europe. Building on the results of the SoHoLab project (2017?2020), the book benefits from a multidisciplinary perspective, since the researchers involved belong to the fields of anthropology, urban planning, architecture, urban sociology. The project combined theoretical reflections with the installation and/or the consolidation of Urban Living Labs, run by universities, in large social housing estates in three European cities: Brussels, Milan and Paris. 410 0$aThe Urban Book Series,$x2365-7588 606 $aHuman geography 606 $aUrban policy 606 $aEnvironmental geography 606 $aHuman Geography 606 $aUrban Policy 606 $aIntegrated Geography 610 $aEngaged Research 610 $aSocial Housing Neighborhoods 610 $aUrban Regeneration 610 $aInterdisciplinarity 610 $aEmpowerment 610 $aUrban Geography and Urbanism 610 $aLandscape/Regional and Urban Planning 615 0$aHuman geography. 615 0$aUrban policy. 615 0$aEnvironmental geography. 615 14$aHuman Geography. 615 24$aUrban Policy. 615 24$aIntegrated Geography. 676 $a304.2 700 $aAernouts$b Nele$4edt$01329042 702 $aAernouts$b Nele$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aCognetti$b Francesca$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aMaranghi$b Elena$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910624353103321 996 $aUrban Living Lab for Local Regeneration$93039260 997 $aUNINA
