This is an area in the literature generally overlooked because maritime law has been the domain of legal experts. Maritime boundary disputes are over resources, a vitally important economic subject. Yet, the economics of maritime law has been ignored. Lawyers and legal experts have dominated the field, to the alarming degree of causing needless international conflicts. Our monograph addresses this serious neglect. The methodology would be Rational Behavior Model, one specifically formulated to make the case that dialog and negotiation between these countries is the rational choice leading to win-win outcome in the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean territorial waters. Public and private sector actors identified as key decision-makers in all phases of hydrocarbon development and monetization, within an overall win-win framework. 606 $aEnergy policy 606 $aEnergy policy 606 $aLaw of the sea 606 $aInternational law 606 $aAeronautics$xLaw and legislation 606 $aPeace 606 $aApplied ethics 606 $aEnergy Policy, Economics and Management 606 $aLaw of the Sea, Air and Outer Space 606 $aPeace and Conflict Studies 606 $aEnergy Ethics 615 0$aEnergy policy. 615 0$aEnergy policy. 615 0$aLaw of the sea. 615 0$aInternational law. 615 0$aAeronautics$xLaw and legislation. 615 0$aPeace. 615 0$aApplied ethics. 615 14$aEnergy Policy, Economics and Management. 615 24$aLaw of the Sea, Air and Outer Space. 615 24$aPeace and Conflict Studies. 615 24$aEnergy Ethics. 676 $a320.12 676 $a327.4958 700 $aYorucu$b Vedat$0945768 702 $aMehmet$b Ozay 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910590083503321 996 $aSmall islands in maritime disputes$93362907 997 $aUNINA
