GUION DE LA ENTREVISTA SEMIESTRUCTURADA A PARTICIPANTES PERTENECIENTES (...). 330 $aEsta publicación tiene el propósito de explicar las relaciones entre la acción discursiva y los procesos de gerencia estratégica en una selección de unidades de observación conformada por cinco organizaciones pertenecientes a diferentes sectores económicos de la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia. El enfoque epistemológico de la investigación es el vivencialista-experiencialista y se desarrolló con apego al paradigma de investigación interpretativista naturalista, dentro del marco de las tradiciones investigativas de base etnográfica, por medio de la metodología teoría fundamentada. En tal sentido, las operaciones de investigación consistieron en la recopilación de datos en un trabajo de campo mediante los métodos de entrevistas semiestructuradas a quince participantes que desempeñan roles en los diferentes niveles jerárquicos y de observación participante en las unidades de observación seleccionadas. La data se analizó mediante un proceso sistemático de codificación abierta, selectiva y axial, con asistencia del programa Atlas.ti.
