Elyakov Pacific Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Far-Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (PIBOC FEB RAS) was founded in 1964 in Vladivostok in the Far East of Russia. Over many years, we have been carrying out studies on the natural products of both marine and terrestrial origin. In collaboration with many Russian and foreign scientists, we have investigated many hundreds of diverse biomolecules, including steroids and terpenoids, quinoid compounds and alkaloids, polysaccharides and lipids, enzymes and lectins, proteins, and peptides. The Institute has a collection of marine microorganisms (KMM) PIBOC, which includes more than 4000 strains of marine bacteria and more than 1000 strains of marine fungi. The biological activity of natural compounds is also being studied. This book includes the 14 manuscripts which covered almost all aspects of PIBOC research activity in the fields of bioorganic chemistry, biochemistry, organic synthesis of natural compounds, marine microbiology, and genetic engineering, and we hope it will provide interesting new information for scientists working in these fields. 606 $aResearch & information: general$2bicssc 610 $apolyhydroxylated steroids 610 $aNMR spectra 610 $astarfish 610 $aAnthenoides laevigatus 610 $acytotoxicity 610 $asoft agar assay 610 $akainic acid 610 $adomoic acid 610 $adysiherbaine 610 $aneodysiherbaine A 610 $amarine bacteria 610 $awhole genome sequence 610 $aporin 610 $aamino acids composition 610 $abilayer lipid membrane 610 $apore-forming activity 610 $aspatial structure 610 $aphlorotannins 610 $aphlorethols 610 $aanticancer activity 610 $acolorectal cancer 610 $aradiosensitizer 610 $aradiotherapy 610 $a1,4-naphthoquinones 610 $aquinoid compounds 610 $athioglycosides 610 $aquinone-sugar conjugates 610 $acytotoxic activity 610 $aantibiotic activity 610 $ahistochrome 610 $aechinochrome A 610 $aoxidative degradation 610 $aHPLC-DAD-MS 610 $aNMR 610 $aactinoporin 610 $asea anemone 610 $aHeteractis crispa 610 $aanti-migratory activity 610 $aglycosphingolipids 610 $acerebrosides 610 $aperoxidation products 610 $astructure elucidation 610 $aallylic thioether 610 $aESI-MS 610 $aGC-MS 610 $amass spectra 610 $aglass sponge 610 $aisomalabaricanes 610 $aStelletta sp. 610 $amarine sponge 610 $aterpenoid 610 $aCobetia amphilecti 610 $aCobetia litoralis 610 $aCobetia pacifica 610 $aCobetia marina 610 $aCobetia crustatorum 610 $aidentification markers 610 $aalkaline phosphatase PhoA 610 $alanosterol 14-alpha demethylase 610 $aflavonoids 610 $aenzyme inhibition 610 $asurface plasmon resonance 610 $aspectral titration 610 $amolecular docking 610 $aZobellia 610 $agenomes 610 $apolysaccharide lyase family 7 610 $aalginate utilization system 610 $aparalogs 610 $aorthologs 610 $arecombinant phospholipase A1 610 $aYersinia pseudotuberculosis 610 $ainclusion bodies 610 $afusion protein 610 $agreen fluorescent protein 610 $aporin gene expression 610 $aantibiotic stress 610 $aphenotypic heterogeneity 615 7$aResearch & information: general 700 $aDmitrenok$b Pavel S$4edt$01332370 702 $aDmitrenok$b Pavel S$4oth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910557717403321 996 $aDedicated to the 55th Anniversary of G.B.
