This includes Smart Cities and Positive Energy Districts, which are not only crucial topics tackled by EERA Joint Programme in the Smart Cities Workplan, but also in H2020 as well as Horizon Europe or national calls, focusing on innovative solutions based on interdisciplinary approaches, which are needed to face the highly complex challenges in coming years, from sustainable urban development to emergencies in cities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The foreword of EERA JP in SC Special Issue 1|2018 highlighted the aim of the Special Issues series, which was, and still is, to support the growth of research networks in the EC framework. According to this, our ambition is to publish the most promising research and innovation projects which EERA JPonSC partners, and others, set up in the framework of H2020 Programme, to drive the attention to the fact that EERA JP on SC is one of the strong voices in research in Europe, capable of highlighting and integrating different solutions and points of view. 517 $aSmart Cities and Positive Energy Districts 606 $aResearch & information: general$2bicssc 606 $aTechnology: general issues$2bicssc 610 $a15-minute city 610 $abehaviour change 610 $abuilding thermal performance 610 $acarbon footprint: citizen motivation 610 $acentralized energy systems 610 $aclimate-neutral cities 610 $adistributed energy sources 610 $adistributed generation 610 $adistrict heating systems 610 $adoughnuts 610 $adownsizing district 610 $aelectric buses 610 $aenergy demand in buildings 610 $aenergy flexibility 610 $aenergy modelling 610 $afactsheets 610 $aGIS 610 $agovernance 610 $agreenhouse gas emissions 610 $aI funding 610 $alow carbon energy public transport 610 $amultivariable evaluation 610 $aPED Booklet 610 $aphotovoltaic systems 610 $aPoland 610 $aPolish city 610 $apositive energy district 610 $aPositive Energy District 610 $aPositive Energy District (PED) 610 $apositive energy districts 610 $apositive energy districts labs 610 $apost-COVID-19 scenario for RD& 610 $apublic transport 610 $arefurbishment potential 610 $arenewable energy 610 $aSET-Plan 610 $asmart city 610 $asmart city deployment 610 $astatistical studies 610 $asustainability 610 $asustainable development 610 $asustainable energy 610 $asustainable urban areas 610 $atesting facilities 610 $atransition 610 $aTRNSYS 610 $aurban policy 615 7$aResearch & information: general 615 7$aTechnology: general issues 700 $aMaestosi$b Paola Clerici$4edt$01318429 702 $aMaestosi$b Paola Clerici$4oth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910557690503321 996 $aSmart Cities and Positive Energy Districts: Urban Perspectives in 2020$93033232 997 $aUNINA
