Professional accountability--being responsible for your actions and for the outcomes of these actions--is part of the framework of clinical governance, which aims to provide good quality, cost-effective, evidence-based care.The second edition of Accountability in Nursing and Midwifery addresses current issues and key concerns in accountability, focusing on accountability in the four main branches of nursing (adult, child, learning disabilities and mental health), as well as in midwifery, community nursing, and nu 606 $aNursing$xStandards$zGreat Britain 606 $aMidwifery$xStandards$zGreat Britain 606 $aResponsibility 606 $aClinical competence 615 0$aNursing$xStandards 615 0$aMidwifery$xStandards 615 0$aResponsibility. 615 0$aClinical competence. 676 $a610.73/06/9 701 $aTilley$b Stephen$0868127 701 $aWatson$b Roger$f1955-$0868128 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a996203969203316 996 $aAccountability in nursing and midwifery$91938019 997 $aUNISA LEADER 05290nam 2201237z- 450 001 9910557370703321 005 20220111 035 $a(CKB)5400000000042184 035 $a(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/77017 035 $a(oapen)doab77017 035 $a(EXLCZ)995400000000042184 100 $a20202201d2021 |y 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurmn|---annan 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aMineralogy of Noble Metals and "Invisible" Speciations of These Elements in Natural Systems, Volume II 210 $aBasel, Switzerland$cMDPI - Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute$d2021 215 $a1 online resource (332 p.) 311 08$a3-0365-2526-2 311 08$a3-0365-2527-0 330 $aThis Special Issue book includes one review and eleven research articles. This review presents the results of studies on the noble metal forms in pyrite, arsenopyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, and greenockite and summarizes the distribution and speciations of noble metals in base metal sulfides of Au and Au-bearing deposits of the Urals (Russia). Nine research articles are devoted to studying gold mineralization at different types of gold deposits and the characterization of the conditions of its formation. The typomorphism of placer gold and its distribution mechanisms in the east of the Siberian Platform were studied, and the diagnostic method and morphogenetic criteria for identifying the genesis of placers and different sources in the platform areas were proposed in other research articles. One research article presents an experimental study of Pt solubility in a CO-CO2-rich fluid. These studies contribute to a better understanding of the behavior of Au, Ag, and other noble metals; their forms in ore-forming systems; and the genesis of ore deposits. I sincerely appreciate the efforts and contributions of the Authors and Reviewers and would also like to express gratitude to the Editor-in-Chief, other Editors, and Assistant Editors of Minerals for their help. 606 $aEarth Sciences, Geography, Environment, Planning$2bicssc 606 $aResearch and information: general$2bicssc 610 $aaeolian gold 610 $aAldan Shield 610 $aalkaline magmatism 610 $aalteration, gold 610 $aArctic 610 $aarsenopyrite 610 $aAu-Ag-Te and mixed Au-Ag-Bi-Te mineral types 610 $aAu-Bi-Te 610 $aAu-Cu intermetallides 610 $aAu-Pd-REE mineralization 610 $aAu?Ag?S?Se?Cl?Br mineralization 610 $acarbonic fluid 610 $aCentral Kamchatka Volcanic Belt 610 $achemistry of native gold 610 $aChudnoe deposit (Russia) 610 $aCorrida deposit (Chukchi Peninsula, Russia) 610 $aepithermal mineralization 610 $aexperiments simulated aeolian environment 610 $aFennoscandian Shield 610 $afluid inclusions 610 $afluid-explosive breccia 610 $ageochemistry 610 $agold 610 $agold deposits 610 $aHS epithermal deposit 610 $aigneous activity 610 $ainvisible gold 610 $aisoferroplatinum 610 $aKhangalas 610 $aKolmozero-Voronya belt 610 $aLA-ICP-MS 610 $aLA-ICPMS 610 $aLaodou gold deposit 610 $aLS?type of deposits 610 $amafic-ultramafic intrusion 610 $amaletoyvayamite-quartz association 610 $ametasomatite 610 $ametasomatites 610 $amineral exploration 610 $amorphogenetic criteria ore sources genesis 610 $amorphological and other typomorphic features 610 $an/a 610 $anative gold 610 $anortheast Russia 610 $aNorthern Urals 610 $aOleninskoe Au-Ag deposit 610 $aOlympiada gold deposit 610 $aore-forming process 610 $aorogenic gold deposit 610 $aoxide ore 610 $aP,T,X parameters of ore-forming fluids 610 $aPellapahk porphyry deposit 610 $aphysicochemical parameters of ore formation (?, ?, fO2, fS2, fSe2, pH) 610 $aplacer gold 610 $aplatinum 610 $aplatinum carbonyl 610 $apyrite 610 $arare Tl and Hg sulfosalts 610 $asilver 610 $asulphides 610 $asupergene gold 610 $asynthesis 610 $atellurides 610 $atourmaline 610 $atrace elements 610 $aTuryinsk-Auerbakh metallogenic province 610 $aUrals 610 $aVMS deposits 610 $aVorontsovsko-Peshchanskaya porphyry system 610 $aVorontsovskoe gold deposit 610 $aweathering 610 $aWest Qinling Orogen 610 $aYenisei Ridge 615 7$aEarth Sciences, Geography, Environment, Planning 615 7$aResearch and information: general 700 $aPalyanova$b Galina$4edt$01306037 702 $aPalyanova$b Galina$4oth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910557370703321 996 $aMineralogy of Noble Metals and ?Invisible?
