In Saudi Arabia, there were over 14,000 graduate health professional trainees in different stages of their training in various specialties distributed in many healthcare facilities across the country. The vast geographical distribution and diversity of health specialties training programs and activities have remarkably magnified the challenge posed by the pandemic. However, recently, the SCFHS implemented a health training governance reform that granted more autonomy to accredited training facilities in supervising training activities according to preset policies. This autonomy was crucial for mitigating various risks imposed by the pandemic, especially during the extended periods of strict lockdown. The ultimate mandate is a knowledge management primer. We need to once again focus on the basics of human creativity and knowledge creation: Create the content/knowledge; Utilize knowledge; Document knowledge; Communicate knowledge; Enable an integrated training, education, and research ecosystem; Utilize the integrated platform. Our volume is a contribution to the scientific debate for the added value of COVID-19 to our training, education, and research capabilities. We continue this debate with a new Special Issue in the Sustainability journal. We look forward to your contributions to this discussion. 517 $aTraining, Education and Research in COVID-19 Times 606 $aTechnology: general issues$2bicssc 610 $ajob satisfaction 610 $asustainable health 610 $amedical training 610 $aaccreditation 610 $asatisfaction 610 $ahealth governance 610 $aSaudi Commission for Health Specialties 610 $asmart healthcare 610 $aresidents training 610 $aquality 610 $aCOVID-19 610 $amedical education assurance 610 $atraining 610 $agovernance 610 $aframework 610 $abest practices 610 $ahealthcare 610 $apopulation health research 610 $apublic health research 610 $aresearch methods 610 $athe COVID-19 pandemic 610 $aonline education 610 $aonline courses 610 $athe satisfaction of students 610 $ahigher education 610 $apreventive behaviors 610 $atheory of planned behavior 610 $asubjective norms 610 $apandemic 610 $aeducational process 610 $adigital education 610 $amanagement change 610 $astudent behavior 610 $astudent attitude 610 $aorganizational speed 610 $adynamic capability 610 $aambidexterity 610 $aR&D organization 610 $ayoung adults 610 $ahybrid learning 610 $aremote teaching 610 $aeducational spaces 610 $atertiary education 610 $aAustria 610 $amixed methods 610 $apost-digital 610 $aeLearning 610 $aflipped classroom 610 $aARCS model 610 $ateaching method 610 $ainternational cooperation 610 $apsychophysiological standard 610 $aprofessional-defining qualities 610 $aspecialist professiogram 610 $aenvironmental engineer 610 $aemployee psychophysiological profile 610 $apsychophysiological status 610 $aeducation for sustainable development 610 $aMOOCs 610 $aMOOC 610 $asustainable education 610 $aIS success model 610 $aexpectation-confirmation model 610 $agamification 610 $acontinued usage intention 610 $acourse performance 610 $astudent performance 610 $aChinese universities 615 7$aTechnology: general issues 700 $aLytras$b Miltiadis$4edt$01149833 702 $aHousawi$b Abdulrahman$4edt 702 $aAlsaywid$b Basim$4edt 702 $aLytras$b Miltiadis$4oth 702 $aHousawi$b Abdulrahman$4oth 702 $aAlsaywid$b Basim$4oth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910557350503321 996 $aTraining, Education and Research in COVID-19 Times: Innovative Methodological Approaches, Best Practices, and Case Studies$93037447 997 $aUNINA
