For this reason, quality education is necessary in all areas of knowledge and at all educational levels. The quality of our educational systems and the questions raised by reviewing whether our educational institutions offer quality education or not are some of the main reasons why quality education is a topic that, in recent years, has captured the interest of governments, researchers and lecturers, among others. This issue brings together different socioeducational actors with their concerns for and commitments to higher education, in order to achieve the aim of providing people with the competencies necessary to adapt to a changing and competitive world, in which the individual needs to engage in lifelong learning and where education must align with sustainable development goals, such as democracy, justice and equality. All of this provides us with a scenario for reflecting on and researching fundamental questions, such as how to prevent school absenteeism, how to deal with students leaving school early, how to prevent or alleviate the phenomenon of dropping out in higher education, etc. In other words, can we assume that student failure is partly due to the failure of our educational systems? Are we educating self-regulated, critical, learning-motivated and competent students? These and other questions lead us to search for measures with which we can improve the quality of our educational systems by proposing strategies and developing tools to enhance the lecturing?learning processes in our classrooms. 606 $aResearch & information: general$2bicssc 610 $ahigher education 610 $ainclusive education 610 $adisability 610 $atechnological platforms 610 $afaculty members 610 $ainternational students 610 $aservice quality evaluation 610 $aperceived satisfaction 610 $asustainable higher education system 610 $aChina 610 $aactive learning 610 $acareer adaptability 610 $aHong Kong 610 $ahuman resources management 610 $auniversity students 610 $auniversity teaching 610 $amobile-assisted language learning 610 $aforeign language learning 610 $aproductive-receptive skills 610 $atechnology acceptance model 610 $aWhatsApp 610 $aLine App 610 $aVET 610 $aEuropean 610 $avalidation principles 610 $aSpain 610 $avirtual meeting platform 610 $atechnology readiness 610 $asocial presence 610 $acourse satisfaction 610 $asustained use intention 610 $aserial mediation 610 $ascience scenario 610 $acollaborative problem solving 610 $abehavioral transition patterns 610 $alag sequential analysis 610 $adisadvantaged students 610 $ahigher education SPROUT project 610 $alearning effects 610 $aqualitative changes 610 $adistance learning 610 $auniversity authorities 610 $alecturers 610 $astudents 610 $across-cultural pragmatic competence 610 $asocial context 610 $acommunicative dynamics in classroom situations 610 $aEFL context 610 $aonline instruction 610 $astudents? perceptions 610 $aeducation quality 610 $aonline learning 610 $asocioemotional competence 610 $amodels 610 $aemotional intelligence 610 $asocial intelligence 610 $aTAM Model 610 $alearning analytics 610 $aacademic performance 610 $aCOVID-19 615 7$aResearch & information: general 700 $aBernardo$b Ana B$4edt$01325343 702 $aCastro-Lopez$b Adrian$4edt 702 $aPuente$b Javier$4edt 702 $aAlmeida$b Leandro$4edt 702 $aBernardo$b Ana B$4oth 702 $aCastro-Lopez$b Adrian$4oth 702 $aPuente$b Javier$4oth 702 $aAlmeida$b Leandro$4oth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910557305603321 996 $aEnsuring Quality Education and Good Learning Environments for Students$93036774 997 $aUNINA
