Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held online. The 26 revised full papers and 3 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 65 submissions. The papers present recent research on challenges of implementing emerging technology solution for online, online learning pedagogical frameworks, facing COVID19 emergency in higher education teaching and learning, online learning technologies in practice, online learning strategies and resources, etc. . 410 0$aCommunications in Computer and Information Science,$x1865-0937 ;$v1542 606 $aEducation$xData processing 606 $aSocial sciences$xData processing 606 $aUser interfaces (Computer systems) 606 $aHuman-computer interaction 606 $aApplication software 606 $aArtificial intelligence 606 $aComputers and Education 606 $aComputer Application in Social and Behavioral Sciences 606 $aUser Interfaces and Human Computer Interaction 606 $aComputer and Information Systems Applications 606 $aArtificial Intelligence 615 0$aEducation$xData processing. 615 0$aSocial sciences$xData processing. 615 0$aUser interfaces (Computer systems) 615 0$aHuman-computer interaction. 615 0$aApplication software. 615 0$aArtificial intelligence. 615 14$aComputers and Education. 615 24$aComputer Application in Social and Behavioral Sciences. 615 24$aUser Interfaces and Human Computer Interaction. 615 24$aComputer and Information Systems Applications. 615 24$aArtificial Intelligence. 676 $a378 676 $a378.17 702 $aCasalino$b Gabriella 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910551831803321 996 $aHigher Education Learning Methodologies and Technologies Online$92521945 997 $aUNINA LEADER 07136nam 22008295 450 001 9910144034203321 005 20251116234352.0 010 $a3-540-45185-4 024 7 $a10.1007/b11833 035 $a(CKB)1000000000212095 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000323818 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11912653 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000323818 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10304040 035 $a(PQKB)10268122 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-540-45185-3 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC3087892 035 $a(PPN)15519299X 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000212095 100 $a20121227d2003 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurnn|008mamaa 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aHolonic and Multi-Agent Systems for Manufacturing $eFirst International Conference on Industrial Applications of Holonic and Multi-Agent Systems, HoloMAS 2003, Prague, Czech Republic, September 1-3, 2003, Proceedings /$fedited by Vladimir Marik, Duncan McFarlane, Paul Valckenaers 205 $a1st ed. 2003. 210 1$aBerlin, Heidelberg :$cSpringer Berlin Heidelberg :$cImprint: Springer,$d2003. 215 $a1 online resource (XII, 328 p.) 225 1 $aLecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence ;$v2744 300 $aBibliographic Level Mode of Issuance: Monograph 311 08$a3-540-40751-0 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references at the end of each chapters and index. 327 $aHolonic Manufacturing Systems ? These two paradigms are: ? the holonic approach based on the event-driven control strategy, usually aimed at modular control systems that are directly physically linked with the manufacturing hardware equipment, and ? the multi-agent approach developed in the area of distributed information processing. The research communities working in both these fields are approaching the problem of intelligent manufacturing from different viewpoints and, until recently, to a certain extent, in an independent way. We can however observe quite a clear convergence of these fields in the last few years: the communities have started to cooperate, joining efforts to solve the painful problems involved in achieving effective industrial practice. We can see convergence in the terminology, standards and methods being applied. 410 0$aLecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence ;$v2744 606 $aArtificial intelligence 606 $aApplication software 606 $aComputer-aided engineering 606 $aIndustrial engineering 606 $aProduction engineering 606 $aProduction management 606 $aArtificial Intelligence$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I21000 606 $aScience, Humanities and Social Sciences, multidisciplinary$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/A11007 606 $aComputer Appl. in Administrative Data Processing$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I2301X 606 $aComputer-Aided Engineering (CAD, CAE) and Design$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I23044 606 $aIndustrial and Production Engineering$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/T22008 606 $aOperations Management$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/519000 615 0$aArtificial intelligence. 615 0$aApplication software. 615 0$aComputer-aided engineering. 615 0$aIndustrial engineering. 615 0$aProduction engineering. 615 0$aProduction management. 615 14$aArtificial Intelligence. 615 24$aScience, Humanities and Social Sciences, multidisciplinary. 615 24$aComputer Appl. in Administrative Data Processing. 615 24$aComputer-Aided Engineering (CAD, CAE) and Design. 615 24$aIndustrial and Production Engineering. 615 24$aOperations Management. 676 $a670.285 702 $aMar?i?k$b Vladimi?r$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aMcFarlane$b Duncan$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aValckenaers$b P$g(Paul),$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 712 12$aInternational Conference on Industrial Applications of Holonic and Multi-Agent Systems 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910144034203321 996 $aHolonic and Multi-Agent Systems for Manufacturing$9772586 997 $aUNINA
