This book focuses on the establishment and development of China's marine legal system in the context of the new law of the sea centered on the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, which China ratified in 1996. It consists of five parts concerning, respectively, a general survey of China's marine legal system, navigation and maritime security, marine resources management, marine environmental protection and marine scientific research. China's basic marine laws and regulations are discussed and assessed in detail throughout the book. The book is of interest to lawyers, whether practicing or academic, officials in national governments and international organizations and students and scholars in academia, who are interested in international law, international relations and ocean affairs. 410 0$aPublications on Ocean Development ;$v48. 606 $aLaw of the sea$zChina 606 $aLaw of the sea 606 $aMaritime law$zChina 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aLaw of the sea 615 0$aLaw of the sea. 615 0$aMaritime law 676 $a343.51096 700 $aZou$b Keyuan$0865588 801 0$bNL-LeKB 801 1$bNL-LeKB 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910451430503321 996 $aChina's Marine Legal System and the Law of the Sea$92461605 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01303nam 2200445 450 001 9910548214703321 005 20210121190802.0 010 $a1-77160-390-9 035 $a(CKB)4100000011421709 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6331489 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6331490 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000011421709 100 $a20210121d2020 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aStories of ice $eadventure, commerce and creativity on Canada's glaciers /$fLynn Martel 210 1$aVictoria, British Columbia :$cRMB Rocky Mountain Books,$d[2020] 210 4$dİ2020 215 $a1 online resource (337 pages) $cillustrations 311 $a1-77160-389-5 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references. 606 $aIce$xSocial aspects$zCanada 606 $aIce$xEconomic aspects$zCanada 606 $aIce$zCanada 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aIce$xSocial aspects 615 0$aIce$xEconomic aspects 615 0$aIce 676 $a551.31 700 $aMartel$b Lynn$01210795 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910548214703321 996 $aStories of ice$92794708 997 $aUNINA LEADER 04805nam 2200661 450 001 9910136418603321 005 20230227223824.0 010 $a1-78684-875-9 010 $a1-118-47621-2 010 $a1-118-47622-0 035 $a(CKB)3710000000604077 035 $a(EBL)4418731 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001622846 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)16197885 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001622846 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)14820327 035 $a(PQKB)11553563 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)16359289 035 $a(PQKB)24724877 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL4418731 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr11161508 035 $a(CaONFJC)MIL900885 035 $a(OCoLC)928137010 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC4418731 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000604077 100 $a20151030d2016 uy| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 02$aA companion to Dada and Surrealism /$fedited by David Hopkins 210 1$aChichester, West Sussex, UK :$cWiley Blackwell,$d2016. 215 $a1 online resource (613 p.) 225 1 $aWiley Blackwell companions to art history 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a1-118-47618-2 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and index. 327 $aTitle Page;
