Further, no change takes place and sustains without strong leadership. Although the United States spends more money on healthcare than any western world country, our health outcomes are poor. For example, the U.S. is the worst western world country for a women to give birth. Sick care continues to be the predominant paradigm and needs to be shifted to well care since 80 percent of chronic conditions can be prevented with healthy lifestyle behaviors. We also are living during a time when over 50 percent of clinicians are suffering from burnout, which is affecting the quality and safety of care. Solutions, including strong leaders and innovators, are urgently needed"--$cProvided by publisher. 606 $aEvidence-based nursing$zUnited States 606 $aNursing$zUnited States 606 $aLeadership$zUnited States 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aEvidence-based nursing 615 0$aNursing 615 0$aLeadership 676 $a610.73068 700 $aMelnyk$b Bernadette Mazurek, PhD, RN, APRN-CNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN$01095770 702 $aMelnyk$b Bernadette Mazurek 702 $aRaderstorf$b Tim 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910526589303321 996 $aEvidence-based leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship in nursing and healthcare$92615659 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01690oam 2200469 450 001 9910703459903321 005 20140819120417.0 035 $a(CKB)4970000000046968 035 $a(OCoLC)881690395 035 $a(EXLCZ)994970000000046968 100 $a20140624d2014 ua 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurmn||||a|||| 181 $2rdacontent 182 $2rdamedia 183 $2rdacarrier 200 10$aPrivate health insurance, the range of base premiums for individuals age 19 and 64 in the individual market by state in January 2013 /$fJohn E. Cette confrérie a la particularité d'avoir eu, au début du 18e siècle, deux fondateurs : Sidi Ali ben Hamdouch et Sidi Ahmed Dghoughi. 606 $aReligion 606 $aAnthropology 606 $aMaroc 606 $apossession 606 $afilms ethnographiques 606 $amusique soufie 606 $aSoufis 606 $aconfrérie 615 4$aReligion 615 4$aAnthropology 615 4$aMaroc 615 4$apossession 615 4$afilms ethnographiques 615 4$amusique soufie 615 4$aSoufis 615 4$aconfrérie 700 $aAsri$b Farid El$01327428 701 $aCalmès$b Frédéric$01457297 701 $aCheikh$b Mériam$01309146 701 $aDassetto$b Felice$0131042 701 $aHlaoua$b Aziz$01310636 701 $aMaréchal$b Brigitte$01132117 701 $aRalet$b Olivier$01457298 701 $aRhani$b Zakaria$01310658 701 $aTherme$b Lisa$01457299 701 $aVuillemenot$b Anne-Marie$01457300 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910495738803321 996 $aHamadcha du Maroc$93657868 997 $aUNINA
