606 $aLanguage & Linguistics 606 $aCommunication 606 $aLinguistics 606 $acatalan 606 $alinguistique 606 $abilinguisme 606 $amultilinguisme 606 $afrançais 606 $abilingüisme 606 $acatalà 606 $allenguatge 606 $alingüística 606 $afrancès 606 $amultilingüisme 610 $abilingüisme 610 $acatalà 610 $allenguatge 610 $alingüística 610 $afrancès 610 $amultilingüisme 615 4$aLanguage & Linguistics 615 4$aCommunication 615 4$aLinguistics 615 4$acatalan 615 4$alinguistique 615 4$abilinguisme 615 4$amultilinguisme 615 4$afrançais 615 4$abilingüisme 615 4$acatalà 615 4$allenguatge 615 4$alingüística 615 4$afrancès 615 4$amultilingüisme 700 $aAlegret$b Immaculada Fàbregas I$01332702 701 $aBerché$b Mercè Pujol$01332703 701 $aBernardó$b Dominique$01332704 701 $aBerthelot$b Martine$0978227 701 $aBoyer$b Henri$0315050 701 $aBurban$b Chrystelle$01295758 701 $aCamprubí$b Michel$01332027 701 $aCastro$b Isabel Vázquez de$01332705 701 $aConde$b Jorge Cagiao y$01332706 701 $aFabre$b Gilbert$01332707 701 $aGarabato$b Carmen Alén$01332708 701 $aGrau$b Marie$01281595 701 $aGraupera$b Estrella Massip I$01332709 701 $aGrínina$b Elena$01332710 701 $aHoyos$b José Carlos de$01332711 701 $aHuesca$b Maria Llombart$01332712 701 $aJiménez-salcedo$b Juan$01313788 701 $aJouanna$b Françoise$01332713 701 $aKremnitz$b Georg$0322743 701 $aTor$b Presentació$01332714 701 $aTresmontant$b Carmen Pineira$01332715 701 $aZimmermann$b Marie-Claire$0224357 701 $aPujol Berché$b Mercè$0771899 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910522605203321 996 $aEl llenguatge a la cruïlla de les disciplines$93041008 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02041nam 22005653a 450 001 9910350198003321 005 20250203235930.0 010 $a9782759227570 010 $a275922757X 024 7 $a10.35690/978-2-7592-2757-0 035 $a(CKB)4100000006096468 035 $a(OAPEN)1006174 035 $a(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/33761 035 $a(PPN)230107346 035 $a(ScCtBLL)8d43599f-db5b-44ee-ba09-eff41f5e3a3c 035 $a(OCoLC)1135855782 035 $a(oapen)doab33761 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000006096468 100 $a20250203i20182020 uu 101 0 $afre 135 $auuuuu---auuuu 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aL'eutrophisation$fAlain Ménesguen, Gilles Pinay, Chantal Gascuel 210 $ce?ditions Quae$d2018 210 1$a[s.l.] :$céditions Quae,$d2018. 215 $a1 online resource (176) 330 $aEutrophication affects many lakes, reservoirs, rivers and coastal areas in France and throughout the world. It has a major disruptive effect on aquatic ecosystems and an impact on assets and associated services, human health and economic activities. This book sets out the available scientific knowledge on this phenomenon. It identifies existing levers for action and the national and international provisions introduced to monitor and combat eutrophication. 606 $aPollution & threats to the environment$2bicssc 610 $aenvironment 610 $ahealth 610 $aecology 610 $aseawater 610 $atoxicity 610 $aecosystem 610 $anatural risk 610 $aalga 610 $asea 610 $afreshwater 615 7$aPollution & threats to the environment 700 $aMénesguen$b Alain$01605964 702 $aPinay$b Gilles 702 $aGascuel$b Chantal 801 0$bScCtBLL 801 1$bScCtBLL 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910350198003321 996 $aL'eutrophisation$94322989 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03215nam 2200421z- 450 001 9910227348503321 005 20210212 035 $a(CKB)4100000000883848 035 $a(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/61064 035 $a(oapen)doab61064 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000000883848 100 $a20202102d2017 |y 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurmn|---annan 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aTox21 Challenge to Build Predictive Models of Nuclear Receptor and Stress Response Pathways as Mediated by Exposure to Environmental Toxicants and Drugs 210 $cFrontiers Media SA$d2017 215 $a1 online resource (102 p.) 225 1 $aFrontiers Research Topics 311 08$a2-88945-197-6 330 $aTens of thousands of chemicals are released into the environment every day. High-throughput screening (HTS) has offered a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to traditional toxicity tests that can profile these chemicals for potential adverse effects with the aim to prioritize a manageable number for more in depth testing and to provide clues to mechanism of toxicity. The Tox21 program, a collaboration between the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS)/National Toxicology Program (NTP), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) National Center for Computational Toxicology (NCCT), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has generated quantitative high-throughput screening (qHTS) data on a library of 10K compounds, including environmental chemicals and drugs, against a panel of nuclear receptor and stress response pathway assays during its production phase (phase II). The Tox21 Challenge, a worldwide modeling competition, was launched that asks a "crowd" of researchers to use these data to elucidate the extent to which the interference of biochemical and cellular pathways by compounds can be inferred from chemical structure data. In the Challenge participants were asked to model twelve assays related to nuclear receptor and stress response pathways using the data generated against the Tox21 10K compound library as the training set. The computational models built within this Challenge are expected to improve the community's ability to prioritize novel chemicals with respect to potential concern to human health. This research topic presents the resulting computational models with good predictive performance from this Challenge. 606 $aEnvironmental economics$2bicssc 610 $aHTS 610 $ain vitro assay 610 $anuclear receptor 610 $apredictive model 610 $aQSAR 610 $astress response 610 $aTox21 615 7$aEnvironmental economics 700 $aXia$b Menghang$4auth$01838548 702 $aRuili Huang$4auth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910227348503321 996 $aTox21 Challenge to Build Predictive Models of Nuclear Receptor and Stress Response Pathways as Mediated by Exposure to Environmental Toxicants and Drugs$94417534 997 $aUNINA
