Fundamental for this perspective is the question about the changeability of organizations, especially when these are not viewed only as instrumentally established regulatory structures but rather as social constructs. The contributions of this volume contour the complexity of newness in organization and form a bridge from critical analysis of imperative discourse of newness, to programmatic pleas of an organizational pedagogy, which is normative in nature, for a reconfiguration of organizational and societal relationships. The issue at hand shows how tightly the question about newness is constitutively woven into the self-conception of organizational education and pedagogy. 410 0$aCreative Education Bookseries$v5. 606 $aOrganizational learning 606 $aOrganizational change 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aOrganizational learning. 615 0$aOrganizational change. 676 $a352.3672 702 $aPeters$b Michael A. 702 $aWeber$b Susanne 801 0$bNL-LeKB 801 1$bNL-LeKB 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910493193203321 996 $aOrganization and newness$92443910 997 $aUNINA LEADER 00995cam0-22003371i-450 001 990002674730403321 005 20230627090202.0 035 $a000267473 035 $aFED01000267473 035 $a(Aleph)000267473FED01 035 $a000267473 100 $a20030910d1961----km-y0itay50------ba 101 0 $aeng 102 $aUS 105 $ay-------001yy 200 1 $aLeadership and organization$ea behavioral science approach$fRobert Tannenbaum, Irving R. Almost any installed wind-farm, ship drives, steel mills, several boiler feed water pumps, extruder and many other applications operate much more efficient and economic in case of variable speed solutions. The boundary conditions for a motor or generator will change, if it is supplied by a converter. An electrical machine, which is operated by a converter, can no longer be regarded as an independent component, but is embedded in a system consisting of converter and machine. This book gives an overview of existing converter designs for large electrical machines. Methods for the appropriate calculation of machine phenomena, which are implied by converters are derived in the power range above 500kVA. It is shown how due to the converter inherent higher voltage harmonics and pulse frequencies special phenomena are caused inside the machine which can be the reason for malfunction. It is demonstrated that additional losses create additional temperature increases or voltage peaks. The book describes how torque ripple can occur, which endanger the mechanical shaft system and last but not least shaft voltages are induced, which are sometimes sufficient in amplitude to damage bearings or to disturb sensors of the protection arrangements.  . 410 0$aLecture notes in electrical engineering ;$vvolume 232. 606 $aEngineering 606 $aRenewable energy sources 615 0$aEngineering. 615 0$aRenewable energy sources. 676 $a621.31/3 676 $a621.313 700 $aDrubel$b Oliver$01060443 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910437912103321 996 $aConverter Applications and their Influence on Large Electrical Machines$92513580 997 $aUNINA
