The notion of ?many Indias? and many diasporas attempts to accommodate people with multiple identities, encompassing a complex amalgam that includes the bewildering diversity of the sub-continent and the challenging hybridity of the places where they have settled. The shaping and reshaping of identities are fundamental to the universal quest to belong and to create new homelands while not eliminating notions of the imagined ancestral homelands. The reality is, as this volume demonstrates, that old conceptions of India, even ?many Indias?, are now inadequate to accommodate the fluid identities that characterize the Asian sub-continental diasporas. L?idée de l?Inde et de l?imagination diasporique est le résultat des nombreux travaux de recherche réalisés dans le sous-continent indien ainsi que dans les divers pays où s?est installée la diaspora de l?Asie du Sud. Le concept d?une Inde multiple et diasporique tente d?intégrer un peuple aux identités plurielles, amalgame complexe d?un sous-continent indien à la diversité saisissante et de tous les pays d?accueil de cette diaspora hybride. La constitution inlassable des identités fonde cette quête universelle - comment créer de nouvelles attaches, un nouveau chez soi, sans renier ni oublier la patrie remémorée telle qu?elle demeure dans l?imaginaire ? Ce volume démontre que les conceptions anciennes, même celles qui reposent sur une Inde multiple, ne parviennent plus à intégrer les identités fluides qui caractérisent les diasporas de l?Asie du Sud. 606 $aLiterature 606 $ahybridité 606 $aCaraïbe 606 $atrauma 606 $aDiaspora indienne 606 $aIndo-Guyanais 606 $aIndo-Caribéen 606 $aamnésie 606 $aocéan indien 606 $ahybridity 606 $aCaribbean 606 $aamnesia 606 $aIndian Diaspora 606 $aIndo-Guyanese 606 $aIndo-Caribbean 606 $aIndian Ocean 610 $ahybridity 610 $aCaribbean 610 $aamnesia 610 $aIndian Diaspora 610 $aIndo-Guyanese 610 $aIndo-Caribbean 610 $aIndian Ocean 610 $atrauma 615 4$aLiterature 615 4$ahybridité 615 4$aCaraïbe 615 4$atrauma 615 4$aDiaspora indienne 615 4$aIndo-Guyanais 615 4$aIndo-Caribéen 615 4$aamnésie 615 4$aocéan indien 615 4$ahybridity 615 4$aCaribbean 615 4$aamnesia 615 4$aIndian Diaspora 615 4$aIndo-Guyanese 615 4$aIndo-Caribbean 615 4$aIndian Ocean 700 $aAlexander$b Simone A. James$01322975 701 $aAndrianjafitrimo$b Valérie Magdelaine$01322976 701 $aAshok$b Savitri$01322977 701 $aBragard$b Véronique$01322978 701 $aCabaret$b Florence$01322979 701 $aChastagner$b Claude$01283949 701 $aChristian$b Rita$01313704 701 $aCroisy$b Sophie$01322980 701 $aDraga Alexandru$b Maria-Sabina$01322981 701 $aFu$b Chun$01322982 701 $aGarcia$b Maria$01322983 701 $aHarrington$b Louise$01313706 701 $aLauret$b Sabine$01313725 701 $aMehta$b Binita$01322984 701 $aMishra$b Vijay$01159052 701 $aMisrahi-Barak$b Judith$01291421 701 $aMoïse$b Myriam$01313727 701 $aMukherji$b Pia$01322985 701 $aPesso-Miquel$b Catherine$01198204 701 $aR. Cudjoe$b Selwyn$01322986 701 $aSaleh$b Zeenat$01296817 701 $aSeecharan$b Clem$01315110 701 $aSteele$b Laurel$01322987 701 $aTadie$b Alexis$01281604 701 $aTorabully$b Khal$01322988 701 $aW. Shands$b Kerstin$01322989 701 $aZinck$b Pascal$01322990 701 $aChristian$b Rita$01313704 701 $aMisrahi-Barak$b Judith$01291421 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910552975103321 996 $aIndia and the Diasporic Imagination$93035293 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02888nam 22005535 450 001 9910483493303321 005 20200919230919.0 010 $a3-662-44677-4 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-662-44677-5 035 $a(CKB)3710000000248977 035 $a(EBL)1966065 035 $a(OCoLC)908084883 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001354267 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11906055 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001354267 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11322708 035 $a(PQKB)10290560 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-662-44677-5 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC1966065 035 $a(PPN)181348632 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000248977 100 $a20140923d2015 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aRealizing a New Global Cyberspace Framework $eNormative Foundations and Guiding Principles /$fby Rolf H. (GCF). 330 $aIn many respects cyberspace has created a new world. The online phenomena encompass social, cultural, economic, and legal facets. Exceeding the present Internet Governance concept the book analyses the normative foundations and guiding principles of a global cyberspace regime that includes the exchange of people, businesses, governments, and other entities. Based on this assessment and philosophical theories the book attempts to outline a model for a general legal framework enshrining key principles of civil society (such as human rights, ethics). The proposed global framework, not in the form of a multilateral treaty but a morally convincing declaration, could then be complemented by additional polycentric regulations with binding effect, developed on the basis of multistakeholder participation in a multi-layer concept. 606 $aMass media 606 $aLaw 606 $aIT Law, Media Law, Intellectual Property$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/R15009 615 0$aMass media. 615 0$aLaw. 615 14$aIT Law, Media Law, Intellectual Property. 676 $a340 676 $a343099 700 $aWeber$b Rolf H$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$0240274 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910483493303321 996 $aRealizing a New Global Cyberspace Framework$92845553 997 $aUNINA
