ISVC offers a common umbrella for the four main areas of visual computing including vision, graphics, visualization, and virtual reality. Its goal is to provide a forum for researchers, scientists, engineers and practitioners throughout the world to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments, and applications in the broader area of visual computing. Thisyear,theprogramconsistedof14oralsessions,1postersession,6special tracks, and 6 keynote presentations. Following a very successful ISVC 2006, the response to the call for papers was almost equally strong; we received over 270 submissions for the main symposium from which we accepted 77 papers for oral presentation and 42 papers for poster presentation. Special track papers were solicited separately through the Organizing and Program Committees of each track. A total of 32 papers were accepted for oral presentation and 5 papers for poster presentation in the special tracks. 410 0$aLecture notes in computer science ;$v4841. 606 $aComputer graphics$vCongresses 606 $aComputer vision$vCongresses 606 $aVirtual reality$vCongresses 606 $aVisual programming (Computer science)$vCongresses 606 $aVisualization$xData processing$vCongresses 615 0$aComputer graphics 615 0$aComputer vision 615 0$aVirtual reality 615 0$aVisual programming (Computer science) 615 0$aVisualization$xData processing 676 $a005.1 701 $aBebis$b George$0856301 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910483411503321 996 $aAdvances in visual computing$94186597 997 $aUNINA
