We will hear about the building processes, co-operation with architects and engineers and how librarians and users have reacted to these new buildings. 410 0$aIFLA publications ;$vVolume 171. 606 $aLibrary buildings$xDesign and construction$vCongresses 606 $aLibraries$xEconomic aspects$vCongresses 606 $aLibrary architecture$vCongresses 615 0$aLibrary buildings$xDesign and construction 615 0$aLibraries$xEconomic aspects 615 0$aLibrary architecture 676 $a022.3 686 $aAN 79000$2rvk 702 $aSommer$b Dorothea 702 $aSchmidt$b Janine 702 $aClevstro?m$b Stefan 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910823192403321 996 $aHigh quality design on a low budget$94017647 997 $aUNINA LEADER 05506nam 22008655 450 001 9910483303803321 005 20251226200245.0 010 $a3-540-73325-6 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-540-73325-6 035 $a(CKB)1000000000478564 035 $a(EBL)3061613 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000210860 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11198245 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000210860 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10292073 035 $a(PQKB)10006591 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-540-73325-6 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC3061613 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6408016 035 $a(PPN)123728118 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000478564 100 $a20100301d2007 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aNew Trends in Applied Artificial Intelligence $e20th International Conference on Industrial, Engineering, and Other Applications of Applied Intelligent Systems. Albert Einstein Applied arti?cial intelligence researchers have been focusing on developing and employing methods and systems to solve real-life problems in all areas incl- ing engineering, science, industry, automation & robotics, business & ?nance, th cyberspace, and man?machine interactions. The 20 International Conference on Industrial, Engineering and Other Applications of Applied Intelligent S- tems (IEA/AIE-2007) held in Kyoto, Japan presented such work performed by many scientists worldwide. The previous IEA/AIE conference held in Japan was the Ninth International Conference on Industrial and Engineering Applications of Arti?cial Intelligence and Expert systems (IEA/AIE-1996) in Fukuoka in 1996. The duration of 11 years between two conferences demanded drastic changes around applied art- cialintelligenceresearch.ThemaincausesaretherapidexpansionoftheInternet and the deluge of electronic and on-line text data. The Program Committee - cusedonAsian-originatingtechnologies,suchasactivemining,integrationofthe Internet and broadcasting, chance discovery, real-world interactions, and fuzzy logic applications. The ?rst four are from Japan and the last one is from Taiwan and China. We received 462 papers from all parts of the world. Each paper was sent to at least three Program Committee members for review. Only 116 papers were selected for presentation and publication in the proceedings. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Program Committee and all the reviewers for their hard work. 410 0$aLecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence,$x2945-9141 ;$v4570 606 $aArtificial intelligence 606 $aComputer science 606 $aPattern recognition systems 606 $aSoftware engineering 606 $aApplication software 606 $aUser interfaces (Computer systems) 606 $aHuman-computer interaction 606 $aArtificial Intelligence 606 $aTheory of Computation 606 $aAutomated Pattern Recognition 606 $aSoftware Engineering 606 $aComputer and Information Systems Applications 606 $aUser Interfaces and Human Computer Interaction 615 0$aArtificial intelligence. 615 0$aComputer science. 615 0$aPattern recognition systems. 615 0$aSoftware engineering. 615 0$aApplication software. 615 0$aUser interfaces (Computer systems). 615 0$aHuman-computer interaction. 615 14$aArtificial Intelligence. 615 24$aTheory of Computation. 615 24$aAutomated Pattern Recognition. 615 24$aSoftware Engineering. 615 24$aComputer and Information Systems Applications. 615 24$aUser Interfaces and Human Computer Interaction. 676 $a670.28563 702 $aOkuno$b Hiroshi G. 702 $aAli$b Moonis 712 12$aInternational Conference on Industrial & Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910483303803321 996 $aNew Trends in Applied Artificial Intelligence$9772082 997 $aUNINA
