Drawing on legal concepts and aspects of the law of human rights, the study argues that the proper frames for human rights are firstly the human body, seen as an index reliant on the natural world, secondly the globe and finally, language. These three frames generate rights to food, water, sleep and shelter, environmental protection and a right against dehumanization. 410 0$aLaw, language and communication. 606 $aHuman rights$xLanguage 606 $aHuman body$xLaw and legislation$xLanguage 606 $aSociological jurisprudence 606 $aSociolinguistics 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aHuman rights$xLanguage. 615 0$aHuman body$xLaw and legislation$xLanguage. 615 0$aSociological jurisprudence. 615 0$aSociolinguistics. 676 $a342.08/5 700 $aMooney$b Annabelle$f1974-$0876673 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910465006003321 996 $aHuman rights and the body$91957548 997 $aUNINA LEADER 00865nam a2200241 i 4500 001 991000283559707536 005 20020527111247.0 008 010810s1983 us ||| | eng 035 $ab10055927-39ule_inst 035 $aPARLA218781$9ExL 040 $aDip.to Filosofia$bita 082 0 $a823.7 100 1 $aShelley, Mary$0165487 245 10$aMathilda /$croman traduit de l'anglais par Marie François Desmeuzes ; presenté par Nadia Fusini 260 $aParis :$bEditions des femmes,$c1983 300 $a215 p. ;$c22 cm. 700 1 $aDesmeuzes, Marie-Françoise 907 $a.b10055927$b02-04-14$c27-06-02 912 $a991000283559707536 945 $aLE005 MF 29 I 43$g1$iLE005A-5336$lle005$o-$pE0.00$q-$rl$s- $t0$u0$v0$w0$x0$y.i10064205$z27-06-02 996 $aMathilda$9193793 997 $aUNISALENTO 998 $ale005$b01-01-01$cm$da $e-$feng$gus $h0$i1
