This report contains only key preliminary observations related primarily to the committee's commissioned analyses of Medicare Parts A (Hospital Insurance program), B (Supplementary Medical Insurance program) and D (outpatient prescription drug benefit), complemented by other empirical investigations. It does not contain any observations related to the committee's commissioned analyses of the commercial insurer population, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid, which will be presented in the committee's final report after completion of quality-control activities. This interim report excludes conclusions or recommendations related to the committee's consideration of the geographic value index or other payment reforms designed to promote high value care. Additional analyses are forthcoming, which will influence the committee's deliberations. These analyses include an exploration of how Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage) and commercial spending, utilization, and quality vary compared with, and possibly are influenced by, Medicare Parts A and B spending, utilization, and quality. The committee also is assessing potential biases that may be inherent to Medicare and commercial claims-based measures of health status. Based on this new evidence and continued review of the literature, the committee will confirm the accuracy of the observations presented in this interim report and develop final conclusions and recommendations, which will be published in the committee's final report"--Publisher's description. 606 $aMedicare$vStatistics 606 $aMedicare$xFinance 606 $aMedical care, Cost of$zUnited States 606 $aHealth care reform$zUnited States 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aMedicare 615 0$aMedicare$xFinance. 615 0$aMedical care, Cost of 615 0$aHealth care reform 676 $a368.42600973 702 $aNewhouse$b Joseph P. 712 02$aInstitute of Medicine (U.S.).$bBoard on Health Care Services, 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910464437103321 996 $aInterim report of the Committee on Geographic Variation in Health Care Spending and Promotion of High-Value Care$92458483 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03443nam 2200649 a 450 001 9910453606903321 005 20220207072627.0 010 $a0-85575-681-0 035 $a(CKB)2550000001136686 035 $a(OCoLC)665817415 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebrary10409281 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000427346 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11286986 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000427346 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10405457 035 $a(PQKB)11306770 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC839078 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC583535 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL839078 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr10409281 035 $a(OCoLC)781368954 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL583535 035 $a(EXLCZ)992550000001136686 100 $a20060706d2006 ua 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcn||||||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aRob Riley$b[electronic resource] $ean Aboriginal leader's quest for justice /$fQuentin Beresford 205 $a1st ed. 210 $aCanberra $cAboriginal Studies Press$d2006 215 $a1 online resource (392 p.) 300 $aIncludes index. 300 $a"Aboriginal Studies Press is the publishing arm of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies"--T.p. verso. 311 $a0-85575-502-4 311 $a1-306-05138-X 320 $aBibliography: p. 354-362. 327 $aIntro -- Contents -- Illustrations -- Acknowledgements -- Abbreviations -- Publisher's Note -- Introduction -- CHAPTER ONE Prisoners of Racism: The History of Rob Riley's Family -- CHAPTER TWO Bound for Assimilation: A Childhood at Sister Kate's -- CHAPTER THREE Life at the Margins: Growing up Aboriginal -- CHAPTER FOUR Apprenticeship: Joining the Aboriginal Legal Service -- CHAPTER FIVE Noonkanbah: The Struggle for Heritage -- CHAPTER SIX A Bigger Stage: The National Aboriginal Conference -- CHAPTER SEVEN Betrayal: The Demise of National Land Rights -- Enemies Within: The End of the National Aboriginal Conference -- CHAPTER NINE At the Cutting Edge: Political Battles in Canberra -- CHAPTER TEN War on All Fronts: Return to the Aboriginal Legal Service -- CHAPTER ELEVEN Mounting Despair: The Final Campaigns -- Legacy -- Notes -- Bibliography -- Archival Sources -- ROB RILEY PERSONAL PAPERS -- RILEY AND DINAH FAMILY PAPERS -- WESTERN AUSTRALIAN STATE ARCHIVES -- Newspapers/Journals -- Official Documents and Reports -- Broadcast Material -- Books/Articles/Theses -- Index. 330 $aWidely regarded as one of the great Aboriginal leaders of the modern era, Rob Riley was at the centre of debates that have polarised views on race relations in Australia: national land rights, the treaty, deaths in custody, self-determination, the justice system, native title and the Stolen Generations. 606 $aAboriginal Australians$vBiography 606 $aPolitical activists$zAustralia$vBiography 606 $aStolen generations (Australia)$vBiography 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aAboriginal Australians 615 0$aPolitical activists 615 0$aStolen generations (Australia) 676 $a305.89915092 700 $aBeresford$b Quentin$01056958 712 02$aAustralian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies. 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910453606903321 996 $aRob Riley$92491706 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01940nam0 22004453i 450 001 VIA0051296 005 20251003044440.0 010 $a8838650136 100 $a20130827d1994 ||||0itac50 ba 101 | $aita$ceng 102 $ait 181 1$6z01$ai $bxxxe 182 1$6z01$an 183 1$6z01$anc$2RDAcarrier 200 1 $aMatematica generale$fFrank Ayres Jr 210 $aMilano$cMcGraw-Hill Libri Italia$d1994 215 $a441 p.$d26 cm 225 | $aSchaum?s$v31 300 $aTrad. di Walter Molon 300 $aIn cop: 1850 problemi risolti 410 0$1001TSA0002941$12001 $aSchaum?s$v31 500 10$aSchaum's outline of theory and problems of first year college mathematics$3MIL0026451$9RAVV061797$9923674 606 $aMatematica$xProblemi$2FIR$3CFIC035945$9I 676 $a510$9MATEMATICA$v12 676 $a510$9MATEMATICA$v19 676 $a510$9MATEMATICA$v23 676 $a510.076$9Matematica.
