This burgeoning literature represents several disciplines, among them psychology, psychiatry, sociology, political science, and women's studies. To bring sense to this agglomeration of views, both for the layperson and the student, the author looks at research in this area as a social process and refutes the notion that science can be objective about its search for universal truths. She asks us to reflect on how we choose among explanations of behavior, calling the need to examine the psychology of women in a social and historical context. Throughout the book, Riger reveals how interpretive frameworks shape how we perceive research findings. Her central theme suggests that social factors shape the meaning and experience of biological femaleness.. 606 $aFeminist psychology 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aFeminist psychology. 676 $a150/.82 700 $aRiger$b Stephanie$01045923 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910450446103321 996 $aTransforming psychology$92472549 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03635nam 2200517I 450 001 9910705776303321 005 20170615085650.0 035 $a(CKB)5470000002452642 035 $a(OCoLC)990141548 035 $a(EXLCZ)995470000002452642 100 $a20170615d2010 ub 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcn||||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aPublic land laws affecting National Forests in Alaska /$fMaria Lisowski 210 1$aJuneau, Alaska :$cForest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture Alaska Region,$d2010. 215 $a1 online resource (472 unnumbered pages) 300 $a"R10-MR-053"--Cover. 327 $gTable of Contents: public laws by tabbed section.$tTreaty with Russia, March 30, 1867 --$tNative Allotment Act, May 17, 1906 and amendment 931, August 2, 1956 --$tChugach Proclamations, July 23, 1907 and February 23, 1909 --$tTongass Proclamations, September 10, 1907 and February 16, 1909 --$tAlaska Statehood Act, July 7, 1958 --$tAlaska Omnibus Act (Roads), June 25, 1959 --$tAlaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), Dec. 18, 1971--$tANCSA Amendments (Escrow), January 2, 1976 --$tANCSA Amendments (Klukwan), October 4, 1976 --$tANCSA Amendment (Saxman/Yakutat Withdrawal), November 15, 1977 --$tAlaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (ANILCA), December 2, 1980 --$tANILCA Amendment (Admiralty Island), January 9, 1986 --$tHaida Land Exchange Act of 1986, November 17, 1986 --$tANCSA Amendments of 1987, February 3, 1988 --$tANILCA Amendment (Submerged Lands), August 16 1988 --$tAdmiralty Island National Monument Land Management Act of 1990, August 17, 1990 --$tTongass Timber Reform Act, November 28, 1990 --$tAlaska Land Status Technical Corrections Act of 1992, October 14, 1992 --$tANCSA Amendments (Mining Claims/Hazardous Substances), November 2, 1995 --$tGreens Creek Land Exchange Act of 1995, April 1, 1996 --$tANCSA Amendment (Native Veterans Allotment), October 21, 1998 --$tANCSA Land Bank Protection Act of 1998, October 31, 1998 --$tKake Tribal Corporation Land Transfer Act, October 6, 2000 --$tRussian River Land Act, December 19, 2002 --$tCraig Recreational Land Purchase Act, October 13, 2004 --$tAlaska Land Transfer Acceleration Act, December 10, 2004 --$tSafe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) (Reciprocal Rights-of-way), August 10, 2005 --$tOmnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (Coffman Cove), March 30, 2009 --$tAlaska Native Consultation --$tLighthouse Transfer Legislation. 606 $aLand use$xLaw and legislation$zAlaska 606 $aPublic lands$zAlaska 606 $aLand tenure$xLaw and legislation$zAlaska 606 $aLand use$xGovernment policy$zAlaska 606 $aLand tenure$xLaw and legislation$2fast 606 $aLand use$xGovernment policy$2fast 606 $aLand use$xLaw and legislation$2fast 606 $aPublic lands$2fast 607 $aAlaska$2fast 615 0$aLand use$xLaw and legislation 615 0$aPublic lands 615 0$aLand tenure$xLaw and legislation 615 0$aLand use$xGovernment policy 615 7$aLand tenure$xLaw and legislation. 615 7$aLand use$xGovernment policy. 615 7$aLand use$xLaw and legislation. 615 7$aPublic lands. 700 $aLisowski$b Maria$01393664 712 02$aUnited States.$bForest Service.$bAlaska Region, 801 0$bGPO 801 1$bGPO 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910705776303321 996 $aPublic land laws affecting National Forests in Alaska$93450002 997 $aUNINA
