This inaugural symposium serves as a platform to share and discuss state-of-the-art research advances in blockchain and secure critical infrastructure, ranging from security and privacy issues in blockchain to attack methods on Blockchain to securing the smart grid, and so on. The mission of this symposium is enabling researchers, experts, and scholars from both industry and academia to share their recent studies, investigations, and findings. As part of the discussion, we hope to foster new, cutting-edge research collaboration between researchers and practitioners with complementary interests and background. Although this is the first symposium organized as part of ACM AsiaCCS 2019, we attracted a total of 44 submissions from Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States. All submissions were subject to rigorous reviews by subject matter experts, and eventually only 12 submissions were accepted to appear in the symposium as regular papers (i.e. acceptance rate is 27%) and three submissions were accepted as short papers. 410 0$aACM international conference proceedings series. 606 $aBlockchains ($vDatabases) 606 $aComputer security$vCongresses 606 $aInfrastructure (Economics)$xSecurity measures 615 0$aBlockchains ( 615 0$aComputer security 615 0$aInfrastructure (Economics)$xSecurity measures. 676 $a005.74 700 $aGai$b Keke$01385468 801 0$bNjHacI 801 1$bNjHacl 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910412088103321 996 $aProceedings of the 2019 ACM International Symposium on Blockchain and Secure Critical Infrastructure$93516492 997 $aUNINA
