Long Island, New York. He started his writing career in his high school days, published his early stories in a series of magazines, came to fame in 1963 with his first novel, V., and has since been consistently praised as one of the major American writers of all times. The papers in this volume address all of Thomas Pynchon?s works to date, from his earliest production in Voice of the Hamster to Inherent Vice. The collection brings together fifteen specialists from three continents-America. Australia and Europe. They contribute to the current debates on Pynchon?s supposed ?post modernism, either by revitalizing established postmodern critical perspectives and applying them to seldom read texts, or by reappraising Pynchon?s fiction within broader literary and philosophical contexts. Though individual approaches vary, common concerns are expressed, among which a marked interest in the reappraisal of ethical and political dimensions, as well as a focus on the questions of return and the potential emergence of the new out of the old. 606 $aLiterature American 606 $aLiterature (General) 606 $apolitique 606 $aéthique 606 $aThomas Pynchon 606 $apostmodernisme 606 $alittérature américaine contemporaine 606 $aroman historiographique 606 $aoeuvres de jeunesse 606 $apost-mimétique 606 $acontemporary American fiction 606 $apostmodernism 606 $ahistoriographic fiction 606 $apolitics 606 $aethics 606 $aearly works 606 $apost-mimetic 610 $acontemporary American fiction 610 $apostmodernism 610 $ahistoriographic fiction 610 $apolitics 610 $aethics 610 $aearly works 610 $apost-mimetic 615 4$aLiterature American 615 4$aLiterature (General) 615 4$apolitique 615 4$aéthique 615 4$aThomas Pynchon 615 4$apostmodernisme 615 4$alittérature américaine contemporaine 615 4$aroman historiographique 615 4$aoeuvres de jeunesse 615 4$apost-mimétique 615 4$acontemporary American fiction 615 4$apostmodernism 615 4$ahistoriographic fiction 615 4$apolitics 615 4$aethics 615 4$aearly works 615 4$apost-mimetic 700 $aBattesti$b Anne$01283490 701 $aC. Lento$b Stephen$01299412 701 $aChamerois$b Gilles$01299413 701 $aChorier-Fryd$b Bénédicte$01299414 701 $aHenson$b Nicholas$01299415 701 $aHerman$b Luc$01203921 701 $aHollander$b Charles$01299416 701 $aKolbuszewska$b Zofia$01299417 701 $aMaisonnat$b Claude$01117244 701 $aMcAvan$b Em$01299418 701 $aMösch$b Matthias$01299419 701 $aPaul Eve$b Martin$01299420 701 $aServain$b Cyril$01299421 701 $aSimonetti$b Paolo$0555910 701 $aStevens-Larré$b LeAnn$01299422 701 $aChorier-Fryd$b Bénédicte$01299414 701 $aChamerois$b Gilles$01299413 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910552974803321 996 $aThomas Pynchon$93025144 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01442nam 2200409z- 450 001 9910404062603321 005 20210211 035 $a(CKB)4100000011302428 035 $a(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/39817 035 $a(oapen)doab39817 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000011302428 100 $a20202102d2001 |y 0 101 0 $aspa 135 $aurmn|---annan 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$a"¡Viva la coca, mueran los gringos!": movilizaciones campesinas y etnicidad en el Chapare (Bolivia) 210 $cPublicacions i Edicions de la Universitat de Barcelona$d2001 215 $a1 online resource (114 p.) 225 1 $aCol·lecció Estudis d'Antropologia Social i Cultural 311 08$a84-9168-229-5 517 $a"¡Viva la coca, mueran los gringos!" 517 $a"¡Viva la coca, mueran los gringos!" 517 $a¡Viva la coca, mueran los gringos! 606 $aAnthropology$2bicssc 610 $aCoca 610 $aCochabamba (Boli?via : Departament) 610 $aEtnicitat 610 $aMoviment camperol 610 $aSindicalisme 615 7$aAnthropology 700 $aAndreu Viola Recasens$4auth$01296178 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910404062603321 996 $a"¡Viva la coca, mueran los gringos!": movilizaciones campesinas y etnicidad en el Chapare (Bolivia)$93023852 997 $aUNINA
